“A friendly Chinese man cheerfully took care of my needs and left me in peace for a good nights sleep”
No breakfast was expected, but I enjoyed the Chinese tea, and have learned how to make it properly so I continue to drink it. It was very quiet and spacious, and yes - very clean. And the proprietor is a lovely man.

“Pretty unlucky if you have to stay here, better options in Point Cook and nearby.”
The house is lovely, the host is most welcoming and helpful, the bed was lovely, even though three standard pillows only were provided. The Wi-Fi worked fine and the shower was large with a moveable shower head. The fridge is large (I suspect this may be temporary as not in photo on the website), and there was a microwave and jug. There is a walk in robe that is the size of something you normally see on 'Homes of the Rich and Famous'. I did not test the TV, sorry.

Bed was rather lumpy and uncomfortable. There weren't enough pillows and there were no utensils or crockery to cook or have my morning coffee.
