Hotel quite central to most things

Everything was incredible, my first impression with the staff upon a request made last minute was very positive, it was arranged promptly and made a huge difference on my trip. Thank you once again. The room was big, the bathroom also. It was all clean and organized not only inside the room but through out the whole property. It was well located to my needs and also well served by public transportation. It’s close enough to go by walking to the sunrise shire and space walk as well. The local fish and folk marked is around the corner and worth going as well. The room was silent I had a great and much needed rest during my staying and the water for the shower was super hot and had great pressure as well. Simply perfect!

Staff was very understanding as I had to do an extremely late check-in (at 3a.m) due to the commute time with the last bus, coming in from another city. The hotel is relatively new (you can still see some renovation works here & there) but it didn't bother me the least bit! Amenities provided were incredibly useful for travellers and you'd be glad to have them, facilities were new & cozy, location was quite central (only a few stops away from the bus terminal) and it's walking distance to the nearest bus stop. The hotel was also about 6-8 mins walking distance to Jukdo Market and was surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants/cafes & shops when you're at the main street. Eric & another lady were friendly & assisted me during my stay with questions on local sights/transport and I've had a pleasant time chatting with them. I also found out that my rooms were upgraded during my stay (extended 1 more night and had to switch room) & truly appreciate the exceptional service provided by the hotel. One of the most comfortable places I've stayed throughout my trip in Korea!

The room is comfortable and the bathroom is big for one person, it has small fridge too and. They have their own room deodorizer spray. The staff are very helpful, if I have questions and requests they answer it in their most helpful way, they even called a cab for me upon check out.

“Good enough to stay if you come to POHANG”

The location is near to Jukdo market, very convenience to take bus or taxi. The room is clean, and staff was helpful even though they don't know how to speak english.

It was close to transportation, which was very helpful. There are also quite a few restaurants around, and the Jukdo market was nearby too. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the beds were quite comfortable! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

The staff were very helpful. They expedited the cleaning of the room and let me check in early. The room even has a computer that you can use. My suggestions include thorough cleaning and plumbing maintenance: - only the front of the table was clean. I had to wipe the whole table. - the bathroom sink and drainage also needs to be fixed as they do not drain quickly. It takes both 10 mins to drain completely even for a short use. I am also thankful the kind staff called a taxi for me when I checked out.

Staff couldn't talk much English but they were so lovely .phoned our room every day to ask personally if we wanted our room cleaning.Had a big TV in the room a kettle ,and the bathroom was big,also a great shower .the room was warm and also had air con if got to warm

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was showing sings of use and was pretty small but it was cleaned every day and kept pretty clean overall.

Mr.Kim is very kind-hearted and helpful. During my stayed at RazaB. I need to signed the contract with the company in USA and I need to read quite a lot of paper and he helped me to print out of that paper. I do appreciated your help and hospitality. I traveled in Pohang for 5days. I had such a lovely memories nice weather nice food and the very nice hotel. I love the room that was clean and cozy. I needed to motivated myself not only stayed in the room lay down and go somewhere ( of course mr.kim helped me about the directions bus number and also write the Korean name of the place for me to show the drives and call for help in case of I am get lost :)

there was no breakfast, but the room was nice and the entrance plain but smart. the staff were very welcoming. everything you could hope for was provided (including condoms), but the decoration was plain and tasteful. no hint of a love motel feel.

Hotel was strategically located near the market. It was a bit sad that we had things planned in the far side of Pohang, but when oppa offered to take us to the market, there were a lot to see (and buy!) In Jukdo market. Next time, we will definitely book with them again 💕
