“Excellent for weekly vacations”
The location was perfect very near the centre, everything was near restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and the beach was just a few metres away.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying @Vila Nikolla. Everything exceeded our expectations. The owners were very hospitable attentive and helpful. The room was immaculately clean, with all the necessary facilities and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Amazing lake view from our room. The location was perfect, close to the beaches and city center. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Easily to find parking. It's worth the money, absolutely recommended! 😊

“A great week in a beautiful family-owned guesthouse”
I loved this comfortable, well-furnished guesthouse. The rooms were very attractive and location was ideal for a relaxing stay close to lovely Lake Ohrid -- I especially appreciated the view of the lake from my room. Most importantly, the hosts were thoughtful, friendly, and responsive to my needs and requests -- they helped me feel like one of the family!

“Fantastic stay, in a warm and welcoming house. 10/10 room, location, facilities”
Nikolla and his family were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to any query I had. The room was spotless, fresh, and I felt so comfortable. Nikolla's Mum Cvetla, and her Mother were so, so kind and welcoming, I was shocked by how kind they are. I was invited to share a drink of Rakija, and we talked via Google Translate, with lots and lots of laughs and gave my lots of lovely fruit to take to my room! Everything was perfect, and I have already planned on coming back for a weekend break with my partner. 10/10

Niko was a very friendly and helpful host, directly offering us food and drinks after our arrival. The location is in a little street without traffic, so very quiet but only 50 meters away from the lake. So perfectly located.
