Amazing location, great price, very useful friendly host who was happy to accommodate me with very short notice, apartment had everything i needed, very well stocked, brilliant view, enjoyed my stay so much I extended a few extra days!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place had everything I needed, super practical and easy to live in, and it was kept very clean. The host was always quick to answer if I had a question, which made things simple and stress-free.

It's very comfortable, clean, spacious and well thought out with everything you need. The balcony faces the hills and sunset. There's a supermarket downstairs which is very convenient and it's not far to the lake. We loved our stay and would come back.

Such a comfy place to stay! The location was perfect, had everything I needed, and the shower cabin made things super easy. The host was really friendly and always quick to respond.

Great apartment in a convenient location, walking distance from the bus station and close to the lake, shops and restaurants. The apartment was easy to find and instructions for access were very clear. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well designed with everything needed provided for a short or long stay. The bed was comfortable with the best pillows I’ve had in a many weeks. The bathroom is very modern with a great shower. The kitchen is well equipped and everything seems new. Tea bags are provided but not coffee. I also appreciated being able to log in to my own streaming services on the TV. I really enjoyed staying here, definitely recommend, and would stay again.

The location was very near the lake and many other facilities including a supermarket just below the building. The view and balcony from the room was very nice. All the necessary facilities were included in the apartment and the host was super friendly and communicative. It was well worth the money!

The location was very close to the minibus station, so we didn’t have far to walk when we arrived from Tirana. Denis, the property owner, stayed in regular touch by WhatsApp to advise us how to collect the key from a lockbox outside the apartment door, and he also sent us clear instructions with photographs of how to find the apartment. The building is in a great position a few steps from the beautiful lakeside of Pogradec, and is very close to bars and restaurants. It has a supermarket beneath it, which was very handy for us. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything in it you could possibly need, with a fully equipped kitchen, cooker, microwave, kettle and large fridge freezer. The apartment is very spacious. There is a hallway that leads to a large bathroom and it has a nice enclosed shower cubicle. Again, there is everything in the bathroom you could possibly need, including a washing machine and laundry powder. There’s a dryer/airer on the balcony with pegs. The balcony is lovely to sit out on to enjoy a drink and admire the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Denis, the owner, oversees the apartment remotely, but was in regular touch to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. The remote access works well through explicit instructions via WhatsApp, so there is no cause for concern at all with that method. As is common throughout Albania, many hotels, apartments, bars, restaurants, shops, taxis and buses deal in cash only, so on the last day we left our cash payment and the apartment keys on the kitchen table, and all was good! One bit of advice is that the elevator is operated by a chip that you scan/tap on a panel in the lift. It beeps to accept it, then you press 0 if going down, and 3 for going back up to the apartment. Denis will send you exact instructions via WhatsApp about how it works, but we didn’t realise the elevator chip was attached to the apartment key itself! After that it was really easy to use.

Wonderful clean modern apartment in great location. Washing machine, aircon and kitchen facilities all excellent. Lovely balcony, although west facing so avoid in late afternoon.

We have been at Prima Guesthouse for a hard party weekend. We traveled with our 3-years-old daughter, and the apartment was really a nice place to chill a bit. Communication with the host has been great: he provided nice tips for our stay, and he helped with our luggage as well... super-kind! The apartment has plenty of room; it is very clean, well furbished, with plenty of natural light, and a lot of equipment as well. The view from the window is definitely a pro, especially when waking up in the morning Last, the apartment is few minutes walking far from the lake; shops and coffee are just 1 minute away. We will definitely consider it again for the next hard party in Pogradec!

I had a great experience. For couples, I think this is the perfect apartment. It offered us everything we needed. The view from the balcony and from the living room was amazing, I am already missing it. All facilities and types of equipment were in place and nothing that a normal apartment needs were missing. The host was living 5 minutes away and was very easy to have keys on time. Very happy with this service. Highly recommended.
