The owner of the house threw us out of the house and threatened to throw our clothes out the door. I had made the reservation for two nights on booking and the last night at 11 at night they called us to change rooms because they needed it for someone else. I agreed to change rooms but I would move my clothes when I went myself, not let her touch my things. I am very disappointed and do not recommend it at all. They do not know how to manage 5 hotel rooms.

The host was really welcoming and nice. He helped us by showing us a couple of restaurants in the city and places we could go to. The apartment itself was clean, it had a small cooking area and everything was nice. I would recommend it for everyone to go there.

In one room we could not open any window and in the other room the shower was located directly next to the toilet, so after having shower there was water on the floor everywhere.

“Great stay in Pogradec!”
Warm and wonderful host, everything is nice and sparkling clean! The location is pretty close to the lake, with free street parking and fabulous breakfast! Thanks!
