We only stayed one night in this budget hotel, but the Hotel was very nice, conventiently located, staff helpful, nice to have a real Albanian breakfast than usual international buffet.

The hotel manager is really kind and always ready to help. The room was spacious enough, well-equipped and right in the centre of the city.

Very complicated to find parking place.

It’s a cosy hotel that has everything you need, including a small lift. The place is clean and tidy and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I was very impressed with the manager’s efforts to serve and satisfy the guests in the best possible way. She is a real credit to the hotel! Many thanks for your hospitality!

Host was polite and helped us with parking. Bunk bads are big, so 3 kids slept without problem. Even if booking didn't sugest an apartmant for 5 we chose it. Hotel is in the center and close to the lake and restourants. Breakfast was good and domestic cofee as well.

Breakfast was poor. Shower was in the same small room with the toilet.

When we arrived, we want to change the room and the service was excellent, very kind. The bed was very comfortable, a big bathroom, we recommend the big room, was more comfortable.

We had great experience. The lady at the reception was exceptional at her job - very professional, polite, kind, helpful and left an excellent impression of the hotel. We just cannot thank her enough. The room felt newish and fresh, very comfortable and spotessly clean, the restaurant at the top floor has fantastic interior decoration and ambience, breakfast was very delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
