Once we had found the property it, the apartment was as it described and great to have a beach view.

Very friendly owner. Easy, timely and uncomplicated communication. Amazing view from the terrace. Perfect location, just in front of the lake - feels like being at the sea side for the atmosphere. Close to restaurants and bars, where everyone goes for a stroll.

“Highly recommended apartment”

Location and view are great, it's right next to a nice bar and many very good restaurants. A really comfortable cot is available (better than in most apartments) and both the large bed and both sofas are very comfortable as well. Good shower. Wi-fi reception in the apartment is good, on the terrace (2nd floor) video calls do not work well but with camera off calls were ok. Both the host and the cleaning lady were super friendly and helpful. We'd love to stay here again for our next visit to Pogradec.

Stunning property right on the coast line. pubs and eating places wither side and the accommodation itself was, well we would stay a month for certain it truly is perfect.

“Excellent location with outstanding view”

v good location, just a cross the road to the beach, v spacious room with air-condition, massive balcony with outstanding view on the lake and mountains, we were meet by lady who give as a brief introduction and handed over keys to the apartment. Even that property is located on front of busy tourist beach front with bars and restaurants room was v quiet.

The apartment is large and comfortable. It is located in a great position and the view is stunning. Very large balcony, optimal in case you are having gatherings with friends. Near the apartment there is a pub which during weekends plays live music until midnight which is both positive and negative. The hostess was very kind and she previously mentioned it to us. This time we really enjoyed it, since we stayed at the balcony and we listened to some good music. However we wouldn't like that every night.

The apartment was in a great location across the road to the lake - lots of cafes - clean well equiped kitchen, large lounge area and comfy bed and the large patio over looking the street/lake which is closed off for cars at 7pm and becomes a walking street great place to sit and enjoy the view - Parking was a little hard but we always seemed to get one around the back - The owner was very helpful and friendly - Great place

Lovely location with views of the lake from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. Apartment was specious. Parking was provided outside the property. Great host who communicated well on WhatsApp. Apartment on 3rd floor.

Very nice and reactive host. We had a big bright apartment with two big beds (one was a very comfortable sofa bed). There was a TV, a kitchen and a well equipped bathroom. Great location at the lake, free parking just in front of the house, good wifi. We recommend 100%!!
