Toscana Ambassador is in Poggibonsi, a 5-minute walk from the historic centre and the railway station. It offers free parking, modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, and delicious Tuscan cuisine. “Expectations were not met”
The hotel offers an amazing breakfast, worth the 4 stars the hotel presumably has. There is a vide variety of choices (sweet and salty), fresh fruits, yogurts. You can also get coffee at their bar. The staff serving during breakfast was nice and friendly.

“Good hotel near to town”
I have stayed at the Toscana several times over the years and it's always been a pleasant experience, the staff are friendly, polite and try their best to help wherever you need it. It is on the outskirts of the town centre and is an easy 15min walk into town.

“Good location, but tired rooms and bathrooms in need of a refurb. Certainly not 4 star.”

It is in the middle of Tuscany so it would be perfect if you have a car and planning to visit some places like San-Gimignano, Sienna and Florence. The stay was also very satisfactory.

The service was disappointing. A staff member spoke very rudely and impatiently to a foreign guest who was traveling abroad for the first time and did not speak English. After we stepped in to stop this behavior and the staff member realized that someone in our group could speak English, she went into the kitchen and did not return. No explanation or apology was offered

Receptionists are helpful. The room is very clean, and breakfast is nice. There is a very big parking lot. It's good for someone who drives a car.

Great location for exploring tuscany. Best value for money in area of Firenze, Siena. Friendly staff. Poggibonsi is great!
