“The perfect gem in the middle of Tuscany”
Nice welcome with homemade wine and olive oil Beautiful grounds and setting on a hill Perfect Tuscany Building/Villa Location is perfect to reach all must see towns, Siena, San Gimignano etc Great pool with lots of relaxation area Library/reading corner Lots of private BBQ space with lots of seating outdoors Quiet and peaceful Bedrooms had excellent fans, silent and multi directional if needed. Linen was provided Kitchen was fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, etc etc etc everything Plenty of parking outside the property in a secure area. A stones throw away from Poggibonsi. You really felt like it was your home. You cared for it.

“A lovely choice not to be missed”
Lovely location, lots of privacy despite the room being near the pool. Nice property. Very nice owner. Check in was smooth. Room facilities are more than sufficient except you need to bring your own bath gel and shampoo. Great folder of info of environs and things to do. Good bottle of house wine.

“Peaceful and Relaxing Retreat with Family and Friends”
The views onto the Tuscany Rolling Hills, the peace and quiet, the surrounding, the swimming pool. Seating outside whilst tasting some Chianti wine with Family and Friends. I don't go back to places normally, but I will definitely make a trip in the future to this amazing location for the purpose of having a peaceful retreat

“Relaxing holiday”
The location is totally isolated. Youre at the top of a hill in a village without people. To go shopping you need a car and drive for 5min. The pool is big enough for the max of people accommodated, but it can get noisy with the kids ( its a very family friendly place). The rooms are big enough. People usually respect noise levels and are polite, sunbeds are provided. Its family owned so your money is not going into some real estate ageny's pocket.

“A very nice place to stay and relax”
We decided to stay here seeing the pictures and the location. You need a car to be able to arrive there so the location is not very accessible and the road is narrow and bumpy. We arrive late but the host arrange us self check-in and that was a big plus. When you arrive the area is amazing. You wake up in a olive plantation. It is a very quite place where you can relax. The fact that you have a pool is a big plus. Our apartment was nice with 2 rooms, a big kitchen and a small minus only one bathroom beaning a group of 4 people. The host was open and willing to help. The big plus is the location.

“Tuscany from a postcard”
It's hard to describe this place, it has to be experienced. Perfectly arranged yard, everything very clean, quiet, beautiful view, local wine and olive oil. Really extraordinary, excellent service, Katia gave us a bigger apartment than we reserved and everything is very easy to arrange with her. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place , it looks 100 % better then on the pictures. Garden is beautiful and peaceful. Great view over the hills. Very cosy apartment. We had 100 % Toscania experiences. Katia and her family are very helpful and very nice people. Thank you for a grate time 🙂🙂 We are definitely coming back in the future 👍🏻

A really nice, authentic place. Just like you would image a romantic countryside house should look like. Very clean, quiet place, close to Firenze, Pisa and many other interesting places in Tuscany.
