Set in Poggibonsi in the Tuscan hills, Alcide is ideal for exploring the Valdelsa Valley, the Chianti wine region and both Siena and Florence. “Enjoyed the evening with my friends”
Very good place to spend the night. I enjoyed the entire stay...the food was excellent, the bisteca florentina was amazing. The room was clean, bed big and i was surprised that the room had 2 bathrooms...never was in an hotel like this. Great evening spend, i will come back for sure next time when i visit Toscana

“Nice hotel”
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We needed to store our bicycles and they arranged a secure room. The room was clean and a decent size. We ate at the restaurant which was very nice.

The location to the train station was only 10 minutes walk away so very easy to reach cities like Siena and Florence without any hassle. Easy parking outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were all very friendly, especially Benjamin at the reception. He welcomed us warmly and offered us a fabulous welcome drink. Benjamin is truly a kind and wonderful person, making our arrival even more memorable.

“Great family run hotel and restaurant”
Very nice family owned hotel. The key thing for me was to get a quiet room. They certainly delivered on that. The staff were great and could not have been more helpful. The restaurant was good and the prices were very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend it.
