“Amazing villa in Podstrana with excellent service from host”
We stayed for a week last month (August) at Villa Bella Vista Heritage Oasis. The villa was amazing and located on a hill in Podstrana with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. The villa was really neat, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and the sauna. All questions/requests upfront and during our stay were promptly adressed by the host (Bepo). I would definitely recommend this villa to others visiting Split/Postrana.

Wow. What not to like! It was stunning. Beautiful house with an absolutely stunning view high in the hills. It is brilliantly designed and the inside areas all furnished wonderfully. Lovely lounge area and the bedrooms were great…we occupied 3 of the doubles and all slept wonderfully…..you can shut the window shutters to make it pitch black (if you want) which we all loved. Outside areas also great. 2 relaxing balconies plus the main veranda and pool area plus the great outdoor kitchen we made use of quite a bit. Hosts are very welcoming, helpful, friendly and provided a tasty meat/cheese/bread platter on arrival plus lots of the daily essentials in fridge/cupboads. We were really impressed with the whole setup. Top marks. Also, great restaurant 2 doors down which we went to twice…we found it great food and very good value and very friendly.

We had an absolutely amazing week at the Bella Vista Oasis Heritage house! The house is beautifully located high up on a hill, offering breathtaking views towards Split. We enjoyed wonderful weather throughout our stay, and the house was elegantly decorated. The pool and outdoor shower were fantastic for cooling off, and there were excellent restaurants nearby, like Konoba Argola. We also went swimming at a nearby beach that had crystal clear water, cafés, and all the necessary amenities. Having a car for the week was essential for getting around conveniently. Our host Bepo was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy Croatia!

This villa is beautiful inside and out. The views are outstanding and the family were so welcoming. We arrived to find lovely snacks. bread and a gorgeous array of meats and cheese laid out . Bottle of wine beers water etc in the fridge. An added bonus is there is a resteraunt 2 doors down the food was lovely nd very reasonably priced.there is so many lovely sitting areas and terraces. Having our own pool was fantastic for the kids I can't praise the villa or the welcome we received enough

“Exceptional stay - very happy to recommend to anyone looking for a great family holiday.”
Our hosts were amazing, they helped us on the day we arrived (even though we arrived late), to show us the house and help with our bags, and give us lots of advice for things to do etc. They were all so friendly, and really wanted to make us feel comfortable in the villa. The villa was impeccably clean, and very well equipped, the kids especially liked the ice-maker on the fridge door, which was great for those hot days. The view from the villa is very beautiful and it is a great place to watch the sunset. The pool was just the right temperature for the warm weather and there are plently of sun lounchers and shades for relaxing. 2 of the bedrooms and the stairway has air conditioning which really helps, and the other 2 bedrooms have roof fans to help keep you cool. There is a beautiful restaurant next door, top tip is to book the day before and ask for the 'under the bell' a local way of cooking and I can tell you it was just fantastic, especially combined with the view. There is about a 10min journey up the hill from the main road, but I knew this was the case and it is worth it for the view and perhaps slightly cooler air up the hill. We have stayed in many villa's throughout Europe as a family on holiday over the last 15 years and this was definitely one of the best we have ever stayed in. All in all a wonderful holiday, very glad to have booked and I would recommend this Villa to anyone.

“Villa Bella Vista is the place to be.”
My family and I had the most amazing holiday at the villa, it is truly a little piece of haven on earth. We stayed at many villas around the world, but this one has to be at the very top. The house is new, spotless, tastefully decorated, spacious and lays in beautiful surroundings. The high-lite of the villa is definitely an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea that you can enjoy from the terrace or outdoor heated pool. It is very private and peaceful, but on the other hand close to the city of Podstrana. The hosts are very kind and super attentive with all the questions we had. I highly recommend this villa and most definitely will be coming back!
