What a fantastic place! The panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and Split is simply stunning. We had an amazing stay in the private house, surrounded by peace and beautiful scenery. The heated pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Žan is a wonderful host – very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt truly welcome. We would gladly return in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special stay in Croatia.

The property was a complex of 3 or 4 apartments, it was clean and the view was beautiful. We just couldn’t use the Grill as it was stated in the description of the villa because of open fire ban during 15.07 till 15.09 as the owner told us. We were prepared for grilling so everything we had was meant to grill so it was a big disappointment.

Beautiful villa with everything you need, very comfortable and clean. Stunning view from the hill. Nearby is a great restaurant with delicious fish and meat. Many thanks to Nina for the warm hospitality – we would love to come back!

“Overall we loved it”

Beautiful and pleasant host Nina, beautiful place, with infinity swimming pool and private jacuzzi and spa. The view and sunset is amazing. The accommodation have almost everything that is needed for stay. Pool is shared by 3 apartments so you would have almost it privately for most of day.

“Great apartment with amazing views”

The view was breathtaking and the apartment was very generous and modern. We loved to stay at the pool area and chill. It was quiet and very relaxing. In the morning, we went for walks close to the foot of the mountains. It was beautiful. The owners are very nice and helpful.

So far, it was the best place I stayed, and I can compare to some 5 star hotels. As in the name: 1. Great view from Infinity Pool. 2. Very luxurious, high quality apartament. 3. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and even the fridge near sauna to keep your beer. 4. The owners are very friendly. And all of that at a fair price. It's not the cheapest place, it is the best quality place. 5. Away from people.

Place with incredible view. This is a place where we fully rest. Peace and quiet, beautiful view, very friendly owner ☺️ we highly recommend! Jacuzzi is for apartment and you can use it as much as you want, brillant!

“Beautiful romantic getaway ❤️”

We were pleasantly surprised to discover such beautiful and luxurious villa in a pocturesque village with amazing views and unparalleled privacy, peace and quiet. The infinity pool is the showstopper with it's excellent view of the surrounding area and romantic sunsets, the hot tub and sauna were amazing in between the pool stints. I particularly enjoyed the fully furnished kitchen which made preparation of elaborate meals a breeze. The hosts' attention to detail and hospitality were amazing, we've felt right at home during our stay, and the overall experience was downright magical. Thank you for a great mini vacation, Nina, and I hope to visit again in the future!

“Amazing place to stay!”

Villa Conte is unanimously the best accommodation we have stayed in. Incredibly villa and incredible hosts. The place has everything you would need and more. Normally there is one selling point for a villa but this has them all. Very friendly, accommodating hosts and always responsive and happy to help. We all had an amazing time and this villa was a large part of that. If you decide to book, you will not regret it!! Thank you, Nina & Žan!!

“Great views, great quality, great hosts”

The hosts were incredible, so nice and couldn’t be more helpful. The apartment was clean and finished to an excellent standard. We booked our stay last minute after an unforeseen issue with our original accommodation and stayed one night - we didn’t get to take advantage of all the amenities or recommendations due to this. Žan and his family were so welcoming and lovely throughout our stay - we will absolutely be back and have already suggested to other friends. The pictures do not do the views or the apartments justice.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning house in Podstrana! The property is beautifully situated with breathtaking views of Split and the surrounding islands, which you can enjoy directly from the large, pristine pool. The pool area also features a massage function, adding an extra layer of relaxation to our stay. The house is exceptionally well-equipped, with luxurious amenities like a sauna and a whirlpool that made our vacation even more special. The outdoor space is perfectly maintained, offering several comfortable lounging areas to soak up the sun and the views. Our hosts, Zan and Nina, were fantastic. They were incredibly welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. “Perfect villa with stunning views from the heated pool”

The hosts were very friendly & helpfull. They gave lots of tips for the neighbourhood. There are 2 very good restaurants in 10min walk distance. The house was great with everything you need. The heated (!!!) pool + jacuzzi had stunning views on the sea & Split. The extra jacuzzi was perfect to end the evening with a glass of wine. There is no noise and the sunset was very romantic 😏

The place is stunning, views are tremendous, sunsets from the infiniti pool were to die for, very clean, very spacious, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, infinity pool, host was amazing, Rose wine and water were supplied as a gift upon arriving. Very nice patio / seating area. Nice and private. Perfect getaway. Would recommend 10/10
