Right next to a pebbly beach, Rooms Marinac is set in Podstrana. We stayed one night at Rooms Marinac near Split and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sunset and the sea. Peaceful atmosphere, perfect for families. A bit far from the city so a car is helpful.

“Perfect!”
Lovely stay at Rooms Marinac, right by the beach, beautiful balcony with seaview, kind and friendly staff, exceptionally smooth check in and great communication before the trip. Comfotable bed, good TV (with English channels too which was appreciated) Felt safe on a solo trip - would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area and I will be back for sure.

This place is amazing. Just few steps from amazing beach. The owner it's helpful and you feel like home. You have bar and restaurant under you, supermarket and bakery on walking distance. Highly recommend specially if you have kids and don't want to walk far and take staff with you all the time. Just put everything down by the beach, park your car and enjoy your holiday. Also, free chairs and umbrella.. What more can you expect....

When you arrive you are welcomed by the owner in the sweetest way! She accommodated us and made sure every little aspect made us feel at home. Always at our disposition. The view is incredible and the sound of the waves at night make you sleep deeply like a bay 😍 we had coffee at the bar in the morning ,and the owner prepared the sun beds right infront! The beach and water is so clean and amazing. Also what ever we needed in the room they provided and made us feel like at home. Totally recommend this place and the peace it provides. We look forward to come again and again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We liked being right on the beach! It was great to be so close to the water. We were also very close to a bus stop which took us into Split.

“Amazing view from the balcony”
The room was very nice - bright, superb clean and cosy, has a kettle and small fridge. The bed is comfortable. AC works very well. The balcony has very nice seating overlooking the sea and the view is just great. Small beach is just right infront of the place, also nice morning walks along the coast. Internet works well. Welcoming feeling when entering the place.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived too early 12:00 ( check-in from 14:00 ). After a phone call to the owner they prepared our room earlier without making any problems. The room was very clean. As a good bye gift we got a bottle of local rakija from the owners.

“Lovely sea retreat”
Amazing place straight sea front with sunset view too. Lovely clean spacious room and shower room, large balcony to admire the sea. Hosts are very welcoming and caring. You can also enjoy nice food at restaurant downstairs. Really enjoyed it, perfect getaway. Sleeping with sea waves. Beach right in front of you. Lovely beach promenade and several nice restos and supermarkets 5-7mins walk. Bus stop in front, just 30mins from Split centre yet in peace. There’s TV, kettle, fridge, cups and glasses too. Spent 3 nights and will be happy to stay again.
