Very good location - walk to the beach and cafes is 8 minutes away. Super friendly host, who always answers very fast. Apartment was well equipped with everything you might need - a lot of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen, extra pillows and blankets, fresh towels by the pool every morning, etc. Apartment (and the building) was super clean and even the garden looked great - every detail was in place.

The appartement was big, really clean and all the instructions were clear. Some essentials were provided, like pepper and salt, dishwasher tablets, oil and vinegar, what’s so handy for a few days. In less then 10 minutes you’re standing on the beach. It’s a quiet environment, but restaurants and a nice bar around the corner

The apt was absolutely fantastic. It is clean , modern , well equipped with a beautiful sun drenched outdoor area looking on to the pool . A big thank you to the owner for being very helpful to us in every way . We had a slight problem with a taxi and he solved it for us . The apt is ideally located near shop, beach and restaurants. I recommend it highly and hope to be back v soon .

Apartment very comfortable with decent kitchen and cooking facilities. Plenty of storage, comfortable bed and very clean. Housekeeper very friendly and helpful and owner/manager very responsive to messages. Pool area lovely and had to ourselves most of the time.

Spacious apartment which was modern and clean. Small complex with a lovely pool . Location is 10 minute walk down to beach and handy to supermarkets etc. We would have given 10/10 but during our stay there was road works going on down the side of the complex which created a lot of noise from early morning. This was beyond the control of the owner who was very apologetic and gave us a lovely bottle of wine by way of compensation. These works should not effect future stays as they were finishing as we left

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment - modern equipment, sparkling clean and a very nice pool area with beach towels and comfortable beach chairs. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. We felt great and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

Beautiful spacious apartment with a nice view at the pool and a great location close to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Very very clean and equipped with everything we could need. Very kind owner. He agreed to our request to check out one hour later. Thank you for everything. We will definitely return. 😊

The apartment was really lovely - brand new, spotless, great location - 6 minute walk from the beach ,restaurants and the bus stop was also at the end of the road! Supermarket about 2 minutes around the corner and a very local cafe for a little coffee too!

“Lovely new, clean apartment within a short drive from Split”

Excellent new and stylish apartment which was in immaculate condition with a decent pool with loungers and umbrellas. The interior had everything required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The access on arrival was easy because communication with the owner was swift and straightforward. The apartment is located on a hillside which was no problem for us because we are both mobile and we enjoy walking to and from local restaurants all along the front in Podstrana-which we did most nights of our stay. We had a car and driving to Split was easy and very worthwhile for a tour around the old town. We also visited a couple of other places nearby including Stobrec which has a pleasant harbour and some good coffee shops and Omis which is the gateway to Cetina River canyon whose spectacular views were unfortunately compromised by some English wet weather
