“Awesome little spot.”

The location was great, its a short drive to the centre of Split but far away enough to have beautiful clean beaches. The beach is fine pebbles so is easy to walk on, guests are provided with sun lounges and umbrellas. The fit out is all new and to class. And most importantly Ante is an awesome host, so much positive energy. Looking forward to our return trip.

“Amazing”

Hosts were amazing!!! We had rooms booked here for some of our wedding party and everyone was looked after amazingly. Even with room changes part way through the week nothing was too much trouble. Danijela went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Breakfast was lovely and you cannot beat the location right on the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby with great food. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay again.

“I highly recommend Podstrana Luxury Rooms”

Podstrana Luxury Rooms is by far my favourite place to stay in Croatia. Ante has been an absolutely wonderful host over the years — always welcoming and attentive. We’ve now returned with my husband for the fourth time, and every stay has been exceptional. The accommodation is spotless, modern, and offers breathtaking sea views. 20 metres distance from bed to the seaside. The location is ideal — situated on a beautiful seaside promenade that stretches from the Le Meridien Hotel to Grbavac. The path was renovated two years ago and is perfect for walking or jogging while enjoying the coastal scenery. Nearby, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés offering both local and international cuisine, and there are two supermarkets just a 5-minute walk away. It’s also conveniently located — only 20–25 minutes by car to Split city centre and around 45 minutes to Split Airport (Uber is easily available). The beach is pebbly but very accessible and safe — suitable for both adults and children. One of my personal highlights is enjoying breakfast with the most stunning sea view. I highly recommend Podstrana Luxury Rooms

Everything was A1. Clean, quiet, comfortable, very well located. Excellent breakfast. The owner and the staff are so nice and welcoming. We would return there without hesitation.

Loved the room spacious, clean and very comfy. The location is absolutely perfect we woke up to the sea with restaurants around. The owner and his family were very accommodating and genuinely nice♥️ Lovely breakfast! We will def. Coming back we had a great vacation. Many thanks

Big shoutout to our amazing host, Ante, and the whole staff/family - especially Vanessa, grazie mille! :) everybody was truly kind and very helpful and made our stay really pleasant! Our room (1st floor) was great, newly refurbished bedroom and bathroom, all very clean and with plenty of storage space. Spacious room for 2 people, large comfy bed, good AC, blackout curtains, good water pressure, nice balcony with a drying rack, “kitchenette” with glasses, cutlery, coffee/tea, a kettle and small fridge. Nice breakfast buffet. Amazing location right on the beach with sun beds, umbrella and towels included. Note that it’s a pebble beach so bring beach/water shoes

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, air conditioning was very efficient. The bed was cozy to sleep in. The breakfast was very good and tasty! We also liked the private beach with sunbeads and a shade.

“Lovely rooms next to beach in Podstrana, Split”

The rooms were very clean and in a lovely location with it's own access to beach with lounge chairs. The breakfast was brilliant too and Ante and his family treat you like their own and helped us with all we could ask for :). They even arranged some packed breakfast for us when we planned to leave early in the morning to Plitvice lakes. The beach itself is very beautiful and very safe too. Overall would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be closer to split and have access to beach. The area has lots of good restaurants and bars too along the beach. Parking is free too. You cannot go wrong with the location and amazing hosting from Ante. Thank you Ante.

The rooms were spacious and had lovely big beds, as you can see you are right on a lovely quiet beach, perfect for sun bathing or swimming, pack some sea shoes as the beach is all tiny stones. Ante was a very warm welcoming host and the breakfast was great
