We really enjoyed our stay. Jacuzzi on the balcony was a 10 !! The scenery from the balcony was beautiful and made the experience even more special. Julia was a lovely host—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was very good and clean ! Apartment was nearly beach. And nearly Split. House Owner very kind and helpfully. And Jaquzzy are perfect relax for evenings. We definitely recommend this apartment.

“Second year in a row, and considering a third”
The beach is a few minutes away yet the apartment is far enough to be nice and quiet. It was easy to find and the host is amazing. An extra, if you like dogs and "entertainment" was a husky in the neighborhood who sang the song of his people any time an emergency vehicle would pass. Additionally, you can easily visit Split with the bus station right around the corner at 30min intervals so you don't have to worry about finding parking spaces in the city. There are shops nearby and several big supermarket chains along the way if you're arriving from the direction of Split. The apartment itself has pretty much anything you can think off and would need.

I had the pleasure of spending a few days in this beautifully decorated apartment and I am delighted! The interiors are not only aesthetically designed but also clean and pleasant. The space is large enough that we felt very comfortable, and every detail is carefully thought out, which adds charm to the whole place. The apartment is well-stocked with everything you might need – from kitchen equipment to a comfortable bed. Another great advantage is its location, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for perfect accommodation by the sea. We will definitely return at the next opportunity!

Julia and her husband were there exactly at the moment we arrived. She immediately took us to the apartment to show us the facilities including the jacuzzi on the balcony. All was very helpful to assure our quick check in and start of vacation.

“Fantastic sunsets from hotub in the evening”
This is a superb apartment, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The sea view from the balcony from the hot tub is wonderful and allows you to watch the sunsets with a cool drink. It's a short walk to a lovely beach and a good selection of beach bars and restaurants. Highly recommend 😁

“Quiet, luxurious and easy to find. Perfect for a longer stay.”
Location The location was easy to find via Google Maps and the entry was accurate. Podstrana isn’t a huge place/town but the luxury apartment Mia was situated perfectly. Not directly on the main road yet still close enough to be close to the beach which can be reached in 2min on foot. It’s a quiet and private neighborhood and you won’t be bothered by anything. Host Julia was friendly, open, and very helpful with additional travel tips about the area. She was available at any time if we needed anything and was very considerate. We are looking forward to the next opportunity to be her guest. Accommodation The apartment is big, with nice modern decoration, a very stylish bath as well as a kitchen. The living room area has a huge smart TV, and a VERY and I do mean VERY comfortable couch which doubles as a bed in case more people are staying the in the apartment. Two balconies allow you to put your laundry on one and enjoy the spacious balcony with a seaside view and a jacuzzi. The apartment even has a washing machine as well as a dishwasher for extra comfort during longer stays. Kitchen appliances were plentiful including a filter coffee machine, Nespresso (or some other capsule machine), plenty of dishes etc.
