I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. One of the highlights was the stunning view – in the evenings, I could sit on the terrace and watch the most beautiful sunsets over the sea. But what made this place really special were the hosts. They were simply amazing. One evening, the hostess even came by to offer me some delicious homemade pastries because they had made too much food. It was such a kind gesture and meant a lot to me, especially since I had been working all day and hadn’t had time to go grab some food. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Highly, highly recommended!

I booked this apartment for my parents, and they were extremely happy with their stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was absolutely exceptional — kind, caring, and always ready to help. When my dad wasn’t feeling well, the host went above and beyond to support my mum, even offering some ingredients to help her cook. My parents felt truly looked after and comfortable throughout their stay. We’re so grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming stay!

We highly recommend this accommodation! The apartment offers stunning views, is well-equipped, and spacious. The beach is really close, which is definitely an added bonus. We were also welcomed with a nice surprise in the fridge, which we found to be a really thoughtful gesture. We definitely recommend it!

The area is about 5 min. from the nice promenade. The house is quite high with a steep hill but the proximity to the beach and restaurants compensates for this. We liked to go down in the morning and take a nice morning swim after the walk. The hostess is very friendly and service-minded. We got problems with ants. On the same day, an ant repellent was purchased and the problem was solved. When we arrived, there was a welcome plate with ham and cold drinks in the fridge. Fantastic reception! The apartment was exemplary clean and well maintained. There was a well-functioning AC. The house was calm and quiet when we were there. No traffic was heard. Host family lives in the house by themselves but is not noticed. Can be recommended! A small supermarket is within walking distance. The bus stop is a couple of hundred meters from the apartment, by the main road. Easy to take the bus into Split.

Everything was great! Close to the beach (6-7 min on foot), nice view from a terrace. The apartment had everything was needed. Hospitality beyond our expectations :) We traveled with a dog, and it was convenient with no problems. If I’d travel to this area in Croatia again definitely will choose this apartment

An amazing place with fantastic views which is topped by the friendly and courteous owners. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a holiday in the Split area. The flats are very clean and look better in real life than the pictures. We just missed having a washing machine and a toaster, otherwise everything else was perfect.

Quiet place, nice view, clean and spacious apartment on the ground floor. Kind owners. "Pebble stone beach" is about 8-10 minutes, not overcrowded, easy to find free place. Welcome food was a lovely gesture from the hosts.

Five star experience in a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Local delicacies on the platter and 3 litres of soft drinks were waiting for me in the fridge. Where else can you see this? Amazing hospitality.

The extraordinary hospitality of the host. We received a homemade wine and ham as a welcome gift. Apartment is very clean. In the evening or during windy days, you can relax with Netflix. I recommend this place to everyone! You will not be disappointed! Equipment in the kitchen is also fantastic and you can cook whatever you want. And the view from the window is amazing. I miss this place already! Hope to visit again!

Everything in this place is just a perfect.. Beautiful accommodation, beautiful views and perfect area. Walk distance to the sea, local shops , restaurant's etc You can also walk short distance to bus station which can take you to Split or beautiful Omis. Owner of this place is the most amazing person I ever met. I truly recommended this place for everyone who like to enjoyed them holiday.

Excellent host

“Great holiday in Knezovic apartment”

After last year we returned again this year, we spent a week in the Knezovic apartment. The accommodation is very tidy, well equipped and clean. The location is very good, the view is beautiful and there is a great beach nearby. The owner family did their best again this year. They awaited us with a plate full of local specialities, wine and short drinks. They are very friendly, attentive and hospitable family, you can contact them at any time. it is always good to return, we hope we will have the opportunity to do so again in the future!

The host was super nice. She brought us something to eat and drink upon our arrival. Apartment was really good looking with new furniture, you can see that it is either new or renovated.

We had the most beautiful stay in our Croatia trip at Knezovic apartments. Very conveniently located for car travellers, with nice overlook to sea, air-conditioned, cozy and comfortable. The host herself came to greet us with a welcome drink, additionally to some snacks already waiting in the fridge. We really did feel welcome and cared for. It was a bit sad to leave, and every next apartment in our trip felt like just "trying". :) Ambilight TV a nice touch. Good Wifi.
