Hotel Sunce is directly on the beach, in the town of Podstrana and 8 km from Split. Facilities include a beach bar, a sun terrace and an indoor pool with glass walls. All rooms at Sunce Hotel are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and minibars. Most rooms include spacious balconies with panoramic sea views, and some rooms include separate living rooms with sofas. At the restaurant, which serves national and international dishes, guests can dine on the large terrace while taking a view of the sea. At the spa area, guests can book a massage treatment or relax in the sauna and the steam bath. Hotel Sunce provides bike rental, organised excursions and sports activities in the area. “No value for money. No Elevators. Poor breakfast for the cost”
It's too small without an elevator to climb with luggages. Very small studios without exhaust. It says sea view but only from side ways. Too costly for the facilities it provides. It says swimming pool available but when we asked they said its on maintenance.

Great location. We did not want to stay in the busy town of Split. This was the perfect location, easy to drive into Split, but quiet and peaceful and away from the town. Great views. Clean room, basic toiletries provided, balcony to sit on and enjoy the view . Parking was very convenient. Great sunset!! There is a great fish restaurant (Amigos) a few minutes walk away.

“Nice Friendly Helpfull Staff”
Beach is in front of the hotel. Sunbeds are included in price. Very good breakfast. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace with nice view on the sea. Very helpfull, nice and friendly staff.

“Family review”
We liked the hotel because it is directly on the beach, good parking place, the kindness of the cleaning lady and the good ice cream. You could walk to the nearby restaurants where you could find everything to eat, nearby there is a small supermarket. Lovely sunset Thank you 🤗

“Great location with some drawbacks”
• We booked a room without a balcony but were pleasantly surprised to receive one with a balcony. • The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the beach – just down the stairs and you are there. • The sea view from our room was absolutely beautiful. • The restaurant staff were very kind and helpful.

“FRAUDULENT LISTING - FACILITIES ETC LISTED ARE NOT WHAT YOU GET”
Location was good. Two great restaurants either side in shortwalking distance. Restaurant Amigo and restaurant Jure. The cleaner Sylvia was a great help and she was the only one.

“Hotel Sunce 🙂🙃”
The location in Podstrana was good. Easy and cheap bus ride into Split. The back of the Hotel is right on the Esplanade. Our cleaner and the cook/chef were friendly, very efficient & spoke excellent English!

“Nice hotel”
Lovely clean Hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast choice was good. The views are beautiful, overlooking the beach. Peaceful and quiet. Toiletries and hairdryer provided. Small fridge in room.

The hotel is spotless.Rooms nice and had a lovely view from our balcony.Very good breakfast nice choice all very fresh. The lady owner and her assistant were helpful and made us very welcome. The buses into split were every 30 mins stopping 2 mins from the hotel
