“Excellent holiday in a beautiful property”

Arky is a beautiful home from home. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and pillows, great Aircon and everything that you need for your holiday. Pool is a great addition, benefiting from steps into it rather than a ladder. Owner was very attentive to the pool and came in early morning to clean it every day. The outside area has many different seating areas so you always have somewhere to sit in the sun or shade if you prefer. The owners, Goran and Silvana met us on arrival and showed us around and were fantastic hosts, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Always available if we needed anything. Even cooked us a BBQ. 🤩Goran is a musician and plays in the Square outside Luxor Restaurant in the old town. We had two lovely night there listening to him play and watching the dancers. I would highly recommend Arky, we had two great weeks there and were very sorry to leave.

Everything was great – truly a perfect place for a family stay. Parking is available right next to the house. The host speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy.

We absolutely loved how accommodating the owners were, Goran helped us with knowing where to go and good restaurants. The apartment was exceptional! Perfect amount of space and close to the beach and various bars/restaurants

The hosts were amazing & very welcoming, never felt so welcome in an accomodation. They even left us beer, wine, fruit & snacks as a welcoming gift. Besides that they helped us with the barbecue. We would love to come back!

Great stay! The place was really clean and comfortable. The hosts are lovely and very welcoming. We got Ubers to Split town often - they only cost around €11 and made it really easy to get around.

We have rarely been welcome like this!!! Very kind hosts that make us feel like home ! They wait for us at our arrival and they offer us some cold drinks (juices, beers...) and even wine from Croacia There were also some aperitifs and fresh fruits... The apartment was very well equipped, and there was a barbecue.with all necessary. The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and the games for it... And was appreciated by everyone after a hot day in split (only 20 min by car) In the garden there were tomatoes and cherry tomatoes plants that we could eat! The terrace was also great to have breakfast and dinner. Several supermarkets around and a beach a less than 15 min by foot

The kindness and generosity of the host was the best we had in ages! The bedrooms where very nice and the bathroom is very big. Don’t miss an evening out in Split where the host plays music. The beach is at 10 min walk or 2 by car. The fridge had cold beers and there was some appetiser for everyone.

We had a fantastic time at the Arky Apartment in Podstrana! There were five of us girls, from Sweden, looking for a peaceful sunny vacation with good food, and it turned out to be perfect. Goran and Silva, our hosts, were super nice and made our trip really special. The apartment had a calm feeling, and the pool area was our favorite place to relax under the sun. We also loved picking fresh veggies from their garden and the outdoor area in general has a lot of privacy, making it really relaxing. Goran was really kind and helpful. He even offered to drive us around so we could see everything around Split without any trouble. He and Silva was really friendly and made us feel right at home. They prepared drinks and snacks for our arrival and even made us a traditional Croatian dinner! It was a nice touch that showed they cared about us having a good time. Whenever we needed suggestions or had questions, they were always there to help. Their efforts to make us comfortable really stood out. Our stay at the Arky Apartment was amazing. We left feeling so thankful and are already thinking about coming back. If you want a place where you can relax, enjoy great hospitality, and see beautiful nature, the Arky Apartment is the perfect choice. Amazing place - everything we needed was there. It was like a home from home. Lovely indoor and outdoor space. Just perfect. Great location for exploring the region. We went to Split, Trogir, Krka and Omis, as well as having a couple of relaxing pool/beach days. Hosts Goran and Silva were amazing and so very kind. They were there if you needed anything and it was obviously very important to them that their guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. They cooked us an amazing meal on the BBQ and we spent a lovely evening with them. A-MAZ-ING! ❤️❤️

Goran and Silva met us on our arrival and showed us around the property. They knew we would be tired after our journey and had laid out a welcome platter of meat, cheese, bread, salad, fruit, etc.. and stocked the fridge with cold drinks, a bottle of wine, and some ice cream for our son. They went out of their way the entire stay to make sure that we had a wonderful experience and the apartment was beyond all our expectations! Goran, you are an amazing musician and we were lucky enough to listen to you at several concerts during our stay in the surrounding area. Silva, thank you for all your fresh produce from the garden that you shared with us throughout our stay.

Super nice newly renovated House at the Ground floor in a 2 storage building with private entrance. The tenants Silvana and Goran are a sweet sweet married couple who lives on the first floor. You are given as much privacy as you want and they will go to the end of the world to make your stay fantastic. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has 2 large bedrooms with TV, plenty of closet space and aircondition. A Big new bathroom with shower, toilet, Washing machine, zink and hairdryer. Next to the big bathroom is an extra bathroom with toilet and zink. The living room also has air conditioning, a couch, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, with fridge and freezer. From the living room and one of the bedrooms there is exit to the terrace from where there is view to the garden where you can pick vegetables during your stay. Super beautiful pool area with a Private pool with sun beds, tables, grill and outdoor kitchen. We loved staying here and We are definitely coming back

Goran and Silva are the most friendly and accommodating people we have ever met. Firstly their apartment is spectacular! It has everything you'd ever need to make your stay special. Every detail is first class from the very clean pool, the vegetable garden you can gain vegetables from to the outstanding view. It is a very clean and spacious apartment with all commodities required. We now consider Goran and Silva friends in such a short time as they catered to everything we could want, from driving us places throughout our stay to lovely gifts of wine, beer and ice cream on arrival. They invited us to spend lunch with them and they cooked a beautiful traditional Croatian lunch of fresh fish and salads. It was a lovely afternoon spent with lovely people. But they will always be in our hearts as they made our engagement that extra special by helping me with plan a surprise for my now fiance and capturing the moment for us. To our new friends we will always be grateful. We will be recommending Arky to all our friends and family and cannot wait for our next visit. A holiday we will never forget for a lot of good reasons.
