“Modern building with a classical style apartment”
Great apartment, very well equipped, also with a balcony. Comfy bed, you have everything you need for your stay. The building is fairly new, when in the apartment you feel that you are a welcome visitor at someone’s place. We were there just for 1 night but we were really happy here. I would choose this apartment again. Communication with our host was also great.

Everything was fine, very nice and comfortable apartment, cosy and quiet, 3 minutes walk from the Russian Embassy. There is a bar and restaurant in the yard.

Great accommodation — the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the blackout shutters on the windows ensured a good night’s sleep.

Very beautiful and clean apartment. The apartment has enough space, all the needed appliances, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing and drying machine and a big TV, everything works as it should. I really enjoyed a beautiful view from the balcony and very cozy and comfortable chairs where I could take my dinner and enjoy the views of the mountains :) Very nice and friendly host! Thank you very much, I really enjoyed my stay :)

We liked everything about the place - it's located in the beautiful area in the vicinity of the magnificent Park Suma; very comfortable and well-equipped; you can eat your meals at a lovely balcony (9th floor view); the owner was very helpful

“My recommendation, 10/10”
The host is very kind and warm welcoming. The details metters, so the apartment is decorated in that old-time fashion style, which is adorable. Everything is so clean and this part of the city is not noisy. Whether you need a big market, restourants, gas station, atm or cosmetic shop, you have it in front of the entrance, so the locations is perfect. P.S. It has a big TV, with a Netflix, as well! :) Will visit it again, for sure!

Apartment is very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from a cosy balcony. Excellent location, easy access to market and restaurants. Host is very welcoming and super friendly. Any questions she would help you out no problem. Would stay there again.
