Location, balcony and being open the doors and windows. The host was responsive and the unit was spacious. Lots of choices for eating and shopping within walking distance as the unit is on top of a shopping mall.

The aparment is located so close to shopping malls, restaurants, markets and many other facilities. They are all in walk distance. The apartment is very new, it is well furnished, and the landlord is very supportive.
