Good location. Everything is well thought. Private pool is always clear. Amazing view. Food was pretty much the same all the time, but not bad (fish / meat / fruits / alcohol (including strong alcohol) was always there).

Ukoliko dolazite s bebom ili malom djecom, ovaj koncept je veoma dobro zamišljen. Prostrana terasa i bazen su sjajna opcija za igru i odmor kada niste na plaži, a posebno za djecu do treće godine. Ambijent je prelijep, kućice su vrlo udobne i moderne. More je fenomenalno, a šljunkovita plaža odlična je opcija za dječiju igru.

“Perfect”

As a 4 person family (2 adults + 2 kids) we booked a last minute 4 night stay at Morenia Park Villas with private pool and all inclusive services. We got a C04 villa that was on the hill but offered the greatest privacy among all the rest of if villas. Villa was perfect without any issues and kids loved the private pool. The food and drinks at Morenia resort were good quality and tasty with variety of selection. However, there is a little bit of walking from the villa to the hotel canteen.

Hotel location with nice views. There is a small beach on site with sun loungers and umbrellas available for guests. There was a large store nearby - only accessible by car. We stayed in a house with a pool. After a request, although not without difficulties, we managed to change the house to one with a better view. The first was right above the public toilet, overlooking the trees and roof of the toilet. The house itself is very nice, with a large terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, but without spices or coffee/tea. We were welcomed with wine, water and fruit. Breakfast is good but monotonous. The area was quiet, but there were no other guests at that time, so it's hard to say when it's in high season. The cottages are close to each other.

The villa was perfect for us. The beds were super comfy, and the view was spectacular. The pool was a great addition. Our deck was fab. There were some amazing decks in the main building that look out over the ocean. There are several lovely small beaches nearby, and just a short walk takes you to the next town to the supermarket.

“Beautiful Location with Modern Villas, But Value Concerns”

The Villa Park is a newly established resort featuring high-quality container houses that are modern and well-equipped for vacations. The surrounding nature and the sea are beautiful, adding to the appeal of the location. While daily cleaning services for both the houses and the pool were provided, I’m concerned that if maintenance remains purely reactive, the quality of the villas could quickly deteriorate. The location is ideal for those seeking rest, though it doesn't offer much in terms of nightlife or activities. However, the nearby towns of Podaca and Zaostrog are within walking distance and have bars, restaurants, and a bakery. Plodine, a large supermarket, is just 2 km away and has everything you might need.

“Relaxing Villa in Croatia”

WOW, the view from our villa was just outstanding... The private pool, secluded patio were just perfect for our visit to Croatia. The beach and the Resort are just a short walk down the hill. With our reservation we had access to the main building, the beach chairs/umbrellas as well as the inflatable obstacle course. The Main Resort area has 2 pools, a bar, restaurant and offers snack service in the afternoons. The Villas are great for families, as you have a nice semi-private space with your own pool and patio. The 2 beds and 2 baths are comfortable and very modern feeling. There's no washer or dryer, but they do have drying racks for you to dry your swimsuits outside.

It is very nice place and houses with swimmingpools are great. As a villa guest you can not use hotel beach and hotel pool that is very uncomfortable :(
