“Lovely guesthouse by the sea”
A lovely room situated very close to the beach, with a very comfortable bed and hot shower. The host was fantastic - when I arrived at night during the off season, there was nowhere to find dinner so he offered me some homecooked leftovers, which was so kind! The view from the balcony is great - I really enjoyed my night here.

The accommodations are great, close to beautiful beaches and with excellent views. We can't thank you enough for the warm welcome we received; even though we didn't speak Croatian, the lady who welcomed us made us feel right at home. And the owner is also incredible, very attentive. Thank you so much!

We don’t recommend this place 100%, we recommend it 1000%! ❤️ It’s such a pity we could only stay for two nights because we would have loved to stay much longer. Everything here is about the little details – like arriving late and being greeted by the host with a warm smile, sitting on the balcony in the evening and suddenly being surprised with freshly baked donuts from the host, or finding a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need – tea, coffee, oil, spices. And then… that breathtaking view from the balcony that leaves you speechless. Everything was absolutely wonderful. We have no complaints at all. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, and if we ever return to Croatia, we will definitely stay here for a longer time.

“Wonderful people at this simple guesthouse on the coast road.”
We booked this accommodation less than an hour before arriving based on reviews and price and location etc (on our way back to Dubrovnik for the last night of our holiday). The house is set back a little from the main coast road (100m) and narrow access drive so no big vehicles, cars only. parking for larger vehicles probably nearby. The house is a simple, family home and is a family run Guesthouse. The room was fine and clean, nice views and the shower room adequate. There is a large shared kitchen with every appliance you could need supplied. The thing that made our stay special were the people. Kata and her daughter in law Georgia were the loveliest, friendliest people and we chatted for ages when we arrived. Despite only staying one night, it was something I will long remember. To me the people are far more important than any mere building. We ate our evening meal at the Restaurant Aria in Gradac just a short drive away based on excellent reviews on Google. Again I highly recommend there for quality and excellent value etc.

The hospitality of the host and his parents..Gorans mother welcomed us warmly and made us coffee and tea as well as gave us fruit from their garden. Great, prompt communication with Goran. He drove us to the Old City and provided us with infirmation about Podacas history. The location is close to the sea and walkways. Views of the sea from the balcony. The share kitchen was very good - some of the appliances were brand new. Everything was clean, tidy and peaceful.

“Perfect”
Fantastic view from the balcony, very well equipped shared kitchen and just a few short minutes walk from a beautiful beach that is great for swimming. The owner, Goran, was really nice. I recommend this place 100%.

Everything, location, veiw, host and his extended family were lovely from minute we arrived, nothing a problem and homemade cake from Goran,s mother was amazing, also Goran telling us that due to next day being Easter Sunday all shops on our ongoing journey would be closed so we bought supplies in before we left.Tbank you Goran

“Great place to explore Podaca.”
It was a lovely little place with very friendly hosts. Very close walk to the beach. Having access to a kitchen was very useful.
