The apartment is small but has a terrace (unit 02). Everything was clean, and the kitchen is equipped with a basic set of appliances—enough for preparing simple meals. It’s worth noting that the sea-view apartments face a road with a traffic both day and night, so it can be noisy. If you value peace and quiet, this might be an important factor.

Perfectly positioned for the beach (cross a road and down 84 steps, mini market 200m away. Couple of nice restaurants on the beach. Lovely walk along the beach in both directions. Airco worked well and pretty quiet.

very nice apartments, everything is there for a comfortable stay on vacation, large terrace overlooking the sea 1 minute walk to the sea, where there are beautiful landscapes, clean sea and beaches, cafes with delicious food I would like to say separately for the owner of the apartment, he is very nice and responsive I definitely recommend it

“Amazing stay in Podača”
The location was amazing, the beach is a 2 minute walk, the bus stop and market are about a 5 minute walk. The place was clean and well equiped. The owner was an excellent host, really attentive to our needs, very kind and communicating with him is easy. Our room had a little balcony with a mesmerizing view.

Very nice and quiet place. Everything in the room was like in the descriptions. Free parking near the house. We had a room without a balcony, but we were shown a place where we could dry clothes. It was a bit cramped for 4 individuals. Only 84 steps lead to the beach.
