“Lovely place great experience will go again”
Excellent property lovely garden and facilities no problem with sharing as didn’t even notice Achim coming and going for a few days and always knocked on the door to announce his arrival. We had a lovely evening in the garden where we got some great ideas and learnt more about the area and the beer😄

It is nice place, very well equied, spacious, with everything you need for gteat relaxing vacation. Garden is gorgeous, peacefull and relaxing as well.

“Beautiful house to relax in a quiet area”
Spacious, nicely furnished house, large private garden with outdoor furniture, fully equipped house/kitchen incl. spices, comfy beds, electric external blinds, located in a very quiet area, SKY Sport available at the time, Starnberger See is ~7 mins by car

Great location. The villa is well-equipped and very comfortable. Suitable accomodation for family. The vila owner is super nice and accomodating. We will definitely come back again!

“Beautiful house and garden”
Beautiful house and garden, even nicer than it looked in the pictures. Furnished to a very high standard. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. Well situated for exploring the surrounding area with a few restaurants in walking distance. Achim was the perfect host.

“Beautiful house and lake starnberg”
The house is a homey atmposhere, beautiful and comfortable. It was clean and accurate. The landlord and the lady were really kind and available. I am grateful and thank them. The location Pöcking is a perfect and beautiful. It is very close lake starnberg that there a lot of park, bicycle and walk. The good environment, peace, quite, relax and natural. Round trip a daily: Travel another itineraries to Munich, Castle Linderhof, Castel Neuschwanstein etc..
