“Great bed, spacious apartment, central location, easy check in and check out.”

Having had a 7 night stay in Prague "sleeping" on very hard uncomfortable mattresses we were exhausted and hence were so pleased that our spacious apartment had one very comfortable, soft, big bed (great topper) which was a dream to sleep in. My daughter also liked the sofa bed which was also big and comfortable. Beds are so important for guests as sleep or lack of it can ruin a holiday. The appartment is in the centre of Plzen and although there are construction works going on in the square the view from the big window is lovely. There was a washing machine, a small kitchenette, table and chairs, TV, internet and shower room. Located about 20 minutes from the train station on foot and easy to find. The lady at reception ( responsible for the whole building) didn't speak English or German which was at first a bit confusing but we were sent up to the correct floor and greeted by a friendly lady who was cleaning rooms. Generous check in and check out times giving us some flexibility. We hope to return.

The arrangement of check in was smooth and staff responded to the message very efficiently. The location is the best you can get in Pilsen right at the square close to the train station, bus station and public transport. With plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. The apartment was clean and came with an iron, washing machine, hair dryer, fridge, cooker and coffee machine.

Price was great. Room was clean and tidy.

The hotel has an excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The view from the window was beautiful, and we appreciated having a washing machine available – very convenient for longer stays. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to cook our own meals. The room also had a functioning air conditioner and refrigerator, which added to the comfort.

The location was really good, everything was clean and host was really responsive and helpful.

The hotel is right on the square. no parking problems. it was a perfectly comfortable hotel.

Had an air conditioner and worked pretty well against the summer heat. The apartment also had a washing machine but you need to turn the tap on for the water as we found out after a few trys when it wouldn't work 😂 The apartment also had a lot of space for us to clean and dry out camping equipment from summer open air festivals. Also the view from our apartment was right into the town square.
