“A lovely place”

This is a fabulous place with lovely proprietors who provided us with a great evening meal. The house is characterful and interesting with intriguing art work and our bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and we had a lovely time here.

“This is a lifetime experience, must be done!”

this location was one of the most peaceful on my journey cycling up the west coast of France. It was also the most fascinating as I have never seen so many fantastic sculptures in my life. The welcome by the lady was worm welcoming and instructive.

The breakfast was served to us by the man himself and was way more than the usual continental fare. The room it was served in was intensely interesting with a soothing jazz selection softly playing while we replenished our selves. A LOT of effort went into the event which was greatly appreciated.

What an amazing place with wild and wonderful creations and art at every turn, and a peacock who roosts on the roof! Friendly welcome, very thoughtful hospitality and delicious breakfast. Can’t wait to go back!

Spacious. Host exceptionally welcoming. Good sized room with en-suite, tea & coffee making facilities, toiletries and towels. Everything we wanted. Breakfast was fantastic. The property is full of art and very quirky art at that. There is also a great deal of car boot / market stall type products but sadly we had no space left in our two seater.

Hosts, Breakfast, Garden, Property and Location. DDP lies by a first grade river Legeur and is 10 minutes walking to a lively village called Belle-En-Terre. Its one of the most remarkable B&B that my family and I have ever stayed at. Our breakfasts were par excellence. Its like living in a museum & more, just beyond words!

“Truly unique stay”

What a fantastic find. We booked for only one night en route to Roscoff to catch the ferry but we wished we could’ve stayed longer. It is a very unique place with art and metal sculptures wherever you look. The setting is idyllic, right on the river, and the gardens are beautiful with a resident peacock and chickens roaming around. We had the most delicious breakfast too……we can’t fault anything. Highly recommend for a very unique experience.

The hosts are delightful & the house wonderfully restored . Artwork amazing. Bedroom large & comfortable bedside light good for reading. Shower best of trip. Breakfast was excellent, fresh local & home produced products ( hens running round gardens) Mill has its own flower filled riverside grounds with lots of individual sitting areas & art installations. Hens , two cats & a peacock complete this idyll .
