Great friendly host, beautiful sunrise and location above overlooking the water down below. Simple but nice outdoor dining table as well. Well-tended garden and fruit trees, including kiwi! We re from Australia and didn't expect fruiting kiwi tree in Opatija :D

“Nice place near Plitvice Park”
Very good location, near the entrances of the Plitvice Park. The room was nice, clean and with a useful balcony. Very nice bathroom with a large shower. Also, the cleaning lady had been very kind to us.

Location was excellent for Plitvice Lakes. Good parking facilites. The room was a very good size with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The curtains could be thicker to make the room darker at night. This is just a small criticism. All in all an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

“Nice place to visit the park”
A clean and good sized apartment with private parking, located very near the park entrance (5' by car). The heating was excellent. The night was very cold and the day started with frost but inside the room the temperature was very confortable. You have a balcony to relax seeing the trees in the surroundings.

“Very nice staff, well located, amazing for the price”
Very nice staff, always available to help. The property itself is very kids friendly, with a small playground and nice chairs for you to relax. Really close to the park.

“Relaxing place”
The structure seems a typical mountain house, it looks pretty. The room is comfortable. The position is good: it is located at almost 12 km from plitvice lakes

Very good house, perfect value for money. The staff is great, everyone is very nice and helpful. The location is great too. We had a great time and are grateful to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness! We can only recommend the house :)
