Situated in Plitvice lakes, House Pox offers rooms and apartments with en suite bathroom and free Wi-Fi. The entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park Entrance 2 is 3 km away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen satellite TV, and most include a private balcony with garden furniture and a view of the surrounding hills. Breakfast featuring homemade products is served in the dining room or on a covered terrace. The nearest market and post office can be found in the village of Mukinje, just 1 km from the house. In the summer, guests can visit the Caves of Barać, situated 16 km away, near the village of Nova Kršlja. Guests can also go horse-back riding in the Klanac ranch, just 10 km away.

The lady of the house was super lovely and even gave us a lift to Plitvice National Park early in the morning when she found out we didn't have our own ride! A very cosy and cute stay, would recommend :)

“Great place to visit Plitvice”
Great location for visiting the lakes. The owner is extremely friendly. We were arriving late, so we had arranged for dinner at the property, which was exquisite (€25 per person, drinks not included). Nice surroundings and parking in the front door.

Great for heading into the park. Loved the host. She made us so welcome and catered for us despite needing gluten free due to coeliac disease. The breakfast and fresh local trout evening meal were fantastic. Would recommend staying and eating there. Thank you for a great stay. Nat, Paul and Jess.

We are delighted with the warm welcome of the housekeeper at Pox House 2 .She is the most positive and smiling person we have ever met. Incredibly clean , beautiful , very quiet and peaceful place , close to Plitvice lakes . No need to leave the house , the food offered on site is superb.

Perfectly situated in a quiet road near to entrance 2 of Plitvice National Park. The owner was extremely helpful and obliging. We ate there twice in the evening lovely food and very reasonable prices. She even offered us a larger room as we had dogs which was perfect 🤩

“Very positive experience”
We stayed at House Pox for 2 nights. The location is just perfect. Few min from the entrance to the Lakes. The whole place is super clean and quite. The host Rosa is just a super nice person. We got a big room that is actually like a 2 rooms with a table, fridge, chairs, armchairs and a lot of other furniture. We ate twice dinner there that was just perfect. Definitely will stay there again if in the region.

The hosts were very flexible, they changed the smaller room to a bigger one for the same price, and they also brought a refrigerator at our request. Kind, helpful family. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by forest. The trout dinner was very plentiful and delicious. Free Wifi.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The owner was incredibly nice, making us feel welcomed. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. The apartment was cozy and well-maintained. We highly recommend it to others.
