We loved everything about our stay here. Zeljko is an excellent host, and his guesthouse is very comfortable, clean, and has all the facilities we require. The use of a large fridge and an indoor eating area as well as a lovely shady garden was great. The breakfast was very good, and the authentic rural location was relaxing, yet close to Plitvice Lakes National Park. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a wonderful welcome and stay we had here. Communication was excellent and information for planning our time in the area was great. Rooms are clean and comfortable, easy parking and we felt like we were experiencing a small peak into life in Plitvička Jezera.

Željko and his family are super nice, he welcomed us with warm welcome and gave us good advices what to see in lake Plitvice. He even offers a drop off service there to avoid parking fees. Well worth it! Thank you for everything Željko and family, we definitely had a wonderful experience at Lakes Plitvice ❤️.

Our stay was perfect. The accommodation is easy to find, there is plenty of parking, the rooms are immaculately clean as well as cosy and warm, the mattress is firm but comfortable, there is a lovely outside area where you can sit, and the host is so friendly and helpful in giving information about the walks at the Plitvice Lakes and local eating places and ensuring we had everything we needed. He even helped carry our bags into the accommodation from the car. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

🌟 **Exceptional Stay Near Plitvice Lakes National Park** We had a fantastic experience staying here, literally 5 minutes drive from entrance 2 at Plitvice Lakes National Park. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. We booked four rooms, and each one was spotless, with modern, well-equipped ensuites. The complimentary tea and coffee were a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location itself is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and ideal for nature lovers. If you're planning a visit to Plitvice, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This was one of the greatest stays we had on all of the Balkans. What a wonderful experience! The family here is so incredibly friendly! The room is very cozy and exceptionally clean and the breakfast was so delicious! We would have loved to stay longer - this is the perfect base for Plitvice Lakes and we will recommend this to everyone!

The host was very friendly and helpful - when we told him that we were at the lakes for hiking, he brought some brochures and gave us hiking trail recommendations, which were proven to be great. The place is in a great location and very affordable

Our stay at Guesthouse Lipov Hlad was wonderful. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast for 12 euros was totally worth it. Our hosts provided taxi service for a fraction of what it would normally cost. We picked this place due to the price and very good reviews. Could not find anything wrong with this place. I would give this place a 5 star rating.

Family was so nice, place was great to stay. Very clean and welcoming. It is close to two restaurants in the area but nothing else. Unfortunately you can hear the highway from the house
