Well located.Amazing host. 1 minute walk to good restaurant and 2 minute drive to another. Free use of swimming pool at their sister hotel - a 2 minute drive away. Very spacious and well appointed bedroom and bathroom. 10 minute drive from Entrance 2 to the National Park. Peaceful location

The place was clean and well organized. The lady there gave us indications about the area and showed incredible hospitality.

Overall we had a great stay and it was a perfect spot to visit the Plitvice lakes. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was quiet and there was a very nice family run restaurant right around the corner.

Room was huge and recently renovated and super comfortable. Fab shower. Fridge. Nice temperature (aircon if needed - we didn't). We ate at the burger bar next door and that was yum (limited food options in walking distance). Easy to find, good parking, great location for park. Host friendly and helpful. Appreciated offer to use pool at sister property, although we'd arrived fairly later in afternoon so didn't.

Nice apartment. Good location to visit the lakes. Parking in front the house. Restaurant just over the street.

“Simply beautiful!”

This is a beautiful life B&B not far from the national park entrance 1 & 2. The host was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Neda was briliant, Apartment was good, but the reaso I give lrss point, as I though it's bigger and has full kitchen in.

Hotel appeared very new and good quality. Spacious and clean room. Fabulous bathroom with good water pressure in shower. Good free parking outside. Option to have a buffet breakfast €15 per person - cheese, meta, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and eggs cooked on request. Welcoming and friendly staff. Fantastic location for Plitvice lakes.

“Great big comfy room close to Plitvice Lakes.”

We had room 1, so we were very happy not to have to take our heavy bags up or down too many stairs. The room was quite large, which made it super comfortable, and it had a fridge which was great to keep our water cool for the walk through Plitvice Lakes. It was also only an 8 minute drive to Entrance 1 - and about 4 minutes from Entrance 2.

Lovely hotel in perfect place. Close to entrance to lake. Everything was clean and tidy. It was very silent what is important. The breakfast was perfect. Everything that is needed: starting from juices and coffee, eggs, ham, cheese, bread, fruits and vegetables to lovely cakes. Recommend

Everything was perfect!!!…the hotel was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was lovely, great choice and tasty😋 Neda, dealt with all our needs throughout our stay, she was exceptional👍👍👍 We will definitely be back to Croatia and will definitely stay at Etno Boutique again. It was clean and comfortable. Close to Entrance 1 at the park. Lady owner was very nice and helpful. Had a few good restaurants close by.

“Perfect Stay Near Plitvice with Exceptional Hospitality”

The location was perfect — just 5 minutes from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes. The property felt brand new, and our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly large and well-equipped. Although the staff consists of just one person, Nedeljka, she was absolutely superb. Warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, she made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
