“Cozy and comfortable stay”

Bojan was helpful, and the stay is located inside the national park. There are a few view points on this side of the park and were recommended by Bojan, they were a total of 30 min walk from the stay and not popular so you are probably the only ones. The breakfast by bojan with fresh vegetables from his garden was really good.

A cosy and large and clean room with a spacious bathroom and very kind hosts who greeted us perfectly and even suggested how to best visit Plirvice in one day. They gave us valuable information and were very helpful and hospitable.

We had a very nice stay in the new and very cozy apartment. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We could park our car directly opposite to the house and the garden reaches the border of the river Potok Plitvice that flows into the great waterfall. We could take our freshly prepared breakfast on a small terrace in the garden as it was a warm and sunny spring morning, listening to the river and the birds. The apartment is located on the opposite side of the big tourist parkings and a side entrance (P3) can be reached within approximately 15 minutes by walking along the road leading partly through the begin of the forest surrounding the national park. We got very detailed informations concerning our visit to the national park.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, close to all important viewpoints, but at the same time it is located in a very quiet area. The room was superb - the bed was excellent, it is very very clean, and the cherry on the top is very helpful host, who makes your stay in the area superb with his advice. We also loved the animals that live here, Miki and Rina.

Bojan was a very welcoming and friendly person. Due to weather conditions on the original date, he was flexible to think with us for other days and possibilities. Also on the day we were there. Bojan reacts to questions quick. When we were there, it was a nice room and very clean. In the morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast and the way Bojan made eggs (you could choose how you wanted it) and placed on the plates was wonderful. Furthermore Bojan helps to set the best plan for your family to visit Plitvice Lakes, in a way you enjoy to the max and avoid whenever possible the big tourists groups. We would definitely recommend staying here.

“A homey private accomodation”

Exactly as described here and in the reviews: a very homey, cosy place with a really nice and helpful host. We travelled with a golden retriever who was also warmly welcomed. The breakfast was a gourmet experience, highly recommended.

Great location close to Plitvice Lakes! The room was new, clean, and nice. The host is super friendly and gave us great tips on the best route to see everything. Breakfast was delicious. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature!

If you like walking, this is a superb place to start your tour of Plitvicka Lakes park away from the crowds and queues. Our host gave us excellent viewing and access advice. Easy to walk to a nearby restaurant. Good-sized apartment with all we needed and a nice outlook.
