From the moment we arrived, Chef Guy Clark, the owner and staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Their hospitality was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. They took the time to understand our tastes, carefully explained each dish, and recommended items perfectly suited to what we enjoy — making the entire experience feel personal and special. The food itself was incredibly unique, full of flavour, creativity, and beautifully thought-out combinations. You can truly feel Chef Guy Clark’s passion, talent, and attention to detail in every dish. Something that will always stay with us was his tequila — served in an unusual ice glass that was such a classy touch, adding to the theatre and creativity of the evening. To top it all off, the kitchen was absolutely spotless, reflecting the care and pride put into every aspect of the restaurant. We felt truly special and have never experienced hospitality quite like this before. Exceptional food, outstanding service, and an experience that goes far beyond expectations. Location is central, making it easy to communicate around the town, the hotel has got enough amenities for a short stay. We had a room with additional space to accommodate our little one, and we also had breakfast which was ok given the standard of the hotel

The rooms are immaculate with everything you could need. The hotel is very modern and staff are helpful. The location is great and you can walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Parking was no problem as there was always a space outside the property with no charges.

The interior was luxurious and the check in staff were friendly and efficient. Location is ideal and right in the centre of town. I enjoyed the amenities in the room and attention to detail.

Breakfast was so delicious 👌👌👌, it was beyond expectations , the waitress was so kind and friendly, even their restaurant was so clean .

“Fine but maybe not "boutique"”

Good hassle free location in Plett as we were returning late from a funeral and the guard on duty was expecting us. Very comfortable bed with clean linen and the minibar pricing was very good. No view but nice to have an outdoor patio area.
