Lovely setting, place clearly needs maintenance. Head board needs to be replaced, blinds paint coming off, tv signal poor. Towels too hard, they should not tumble dry them too long

Our room was decked with candles everywhere and rose petals for my birthday, plus Champagne 🍾 Thanks to Mamello/Mellow ❤️ It's not standard but done on request, and so special! Hubby and I always love coming here.

“Not what was expected.”
The views from the restaurant and rooftop bar are lovely, the staff are friendly and offer good service. The bedroom was small but nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was better than dinner. When they found out we were not happy we were offered a move to an alternate hotel which was very kind of them.
