Overview
Overlooking the Keurbooms River lagoon and the Indian Ocean, Milkwood Manor is located on the shores of Plettenberg Bay. It has direct access to the beach and offers a bar and a restaurant. All rooms feature tea-and-coffee-making facilities, a TV, hairdryer, heater, fan, electronic safe and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Manor. With two lounges, one at ground floor level and one upstairs there is ample space for relaxation. A full English and continental breakfast is served exclusively to the Manor’s guests on the terrace of the breakfast room, with views of the landscapes, beach and lagoon. The area is a good spot for fishing lovers. During the season, it is also possible to see whales and dolphins in the surroundings. The Robberg Nature Reserve is 10 km away and the Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve is 30 minutes away by car. Port Elizabeth is 230 km away.

“Relaxing beach stay!”
Location on the beach was great. They had beach chairs/umbrellas/towels for guests use, which was a lovely extra! A man cleans your car every morning, another nice touch! Lady at reception was very nice, giving us some good recommendations of restaurants / things to do locally

“Lovely place in a beautiful location”
Lovely location right on the beach, slightly shabby but understand hotel is closing soon for a major refurbishment. No restaurant for an evening meal, but 5 minutes walk across the beach to a lively restaurant/bar. Milkwood Staff were lovely and friendly, breakfast in the morning was delicious. Very good value.

The breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit and then you could order various cooked breakfast. Hotel literally on the beach. Best location in Plettenberg Bay. Sand beach.

Breakfast at Milkwood was super and tasty. That they were equipped for gluten free option was great ! The location to Lookout Beach was perfect, it is a pure Gem right on the seashore. A huge credit to Beverly for her knowledge of the area and suggestions of restaurants nearby was spot on - Thank you
