We had a fantastic stay. The staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome from the start. The room was beautiful, the bath was incredible, and the bed was super comfortable. I also have to specifically mention the pillows — honestly some of the best pillows I’ve ever experienced anywhere, and that deserves recognition! The breakfasts were excellent and definitely better than what we’ve experienced at many other places we’ve stayed. The location close to the beach is also wonderful, although as locals we didn’t make much use of it ourselves. Overall everything was fantastic, and to top it all off, there was a beautiful friendly cat from the neighbours that spent time with us during our stay — that counted for a lot to me haha!

Our hosts Mansfield and Evans were amazing. Welcoming is and showing us around. The property is beautiful and secluded and private. The rooms are amazing and clean and spacious. Beds are super comfortable we slept great. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. We have a large SUV and private secure parking is always great.

“Best Guesthouse in Platti”

This was the best b&b we had at the garden route, very clean and calm, perfectly locatröed in a save environment. Very very kind staff. Evans wasso frienly and helpful, thank you very much. We will come again.

“Beautifully located accommodation”

The property is beautifully maintained. The garden is very nice and the rooms are clean if not the largest. You can get beach towels and the property has a sun umbrella and beach chairs which you can borrow for free for use on the beach. The breakfast offers a very tasty sourdough bread, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and the usual egg based breakfasts. The neighbours cat also came by every evening to get her fair share of stroking and cuddling. :-)

Well maintained property with really nice communal area. The interior of the room we had was really nice and it felt very homely because of all the nice ornaments and decoration. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfortable and it had everything we needed. The breakfasts here were really good and set you up perfectly for the day ahead. Communication with Chereen was excellent throughout. Freebee the cat is such a character and we enjoyed playing with her everyday and we made sure she got a bowl of milk each time she visited! We had a feeling she probably ‘plays’ each room this way. She’s a cat with sass!

Magical place! Evans is the perfect host and the place has so much Charme. We stayed for one night during our garden route trip but in hindsight would have loved to stay longer!
