Overview
Offering views of the Keurboom Lagoon and the ocean, La Vista Lodge is a 3-minute drive from the centre of Plettenberg Bay. It features an outdoor pool with sun loungers. Elegantly decorated, all rooms and suites come with a balcony and are equipped with a satellite TV, tea-and-coffee facilities, and a minibar. The private bathrooms have a bath and a separate shower. The spacious Honeymoon Suite has panoramic views of the ocean and the lagoon. Breakfast is served on the terrace and dinner and tapas are available on request for a surcharge. “The perfect base in Plett.”
I received a wonderfully warm welcome, followed by a tour of the Lodge and clear explanations of where to find what I needed. The room was incredibly spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I was especially pleased to learn that the standard check out time was 11:00 so no need to rush in the morning.

Wonderful place with stunning view, super kind and attentive staff. Breakfast with the bay view is spectacular. Room and bathroom are spacious and nicely decorated, very elegant, with everything you need, even candles for the bath!

“Great views over the lagoon”
Very warm and personable owner (I assume) and friendly staff. The spacious honeymoon suite has very nice views over the lagoon, the bed was comfortable. Good value for money, very clean. Has a common area, pool area looks nice on pictures (didn't go there because of the weather). Can't talk much about the breakfast because power was out and there was understandably only cold buffet, seemed ok.

The terrace and pool area was very nice and we enjoyed the views over to the sea. The location was good and a short drive to the centre and beaches. The hotel felt safe and the staff were friendly.

“The view! And Lookout Beach.”
The view is fantastic, the people working here very friendly, and the breakfast and coffee were amazing. It’s a short drive to the town and beaches. Good fish in the fishing club restaurant on the beach : )
