Overview
Situated just 900 metres away from the Central Beach, Amakaya Backpackers Travellers Accommodation is located along the Garden Route and features an outside BBQ area. The veranda has views of the Tsitsikamma Mountain Range and Keurbooms lagoon. The accommodation ranges from rooms with private or shared bathrooms, and dormitory rooms with shared bathrooms. There is a satellite TV in all private rooms and free WiFi in all areas. The hostel is located a 300 metres walk from Main Street where there are a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs. Snacks and drinks can be purchased from our vending machine inside the main house.

“Great location and a comfortable stay.”
We stayed in the triple room, which had a double bed and a single bed, along with a private bathroom. The double bed was especially comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a pleasant overnight stay.

“Very low standards for the price”
The room had a terrace with a nice view. The owner we met on the second day was friendly. It was quiet.
