The apartment is part of a renovated house. The owners live next door but are very discreet, and in any case, we were out exploring most of the day. There’s a lovely green space in front and private parking. The location is in a small village, about 20 minutes by car from Dinan. The apartment is spacious and equipped with the basics. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the peace and quiet of the area. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host, such as the homemade cider he kindly offered us, as well as the local biscuits and walnuts from the tree — lovely gestures that we truly enjoyed.

“Perfect escape from a busy life”
We spent 5 days over the New Year period at the gite with our 3 children. I didn't expect it would be so relaxing given we have a toddler, however the owner provided all a baby/toddler needs. The place was very clean which is important because our toddler is crawling atm. It's a safe place for the kids and our older ones (6 & 8 years old) enjoyed the little playground in the garden, even though the weather wasn't great some days. The house is located in a very quiet village, in between the coastal attractions (St. Malo, Mont st. Michel) and Rennes, minutes drive from lovely Dinan, so it was a perfect base to explore the area. The property is very well equipped (kitchen), has comfortable beds and is very warm (good heating + those lovely thick stone walls). Mickael is a great host, very responsive and helpful with excellent English, if needed.

“BRILLIANT!!!!”
The house is located in a very beautiful and natural area. The location is very quiet. The owner was very kind and helpful with everything we needed, he even gave us a homemade cider and some French biscuits as gifts! The house was in an exceptionally clean condition when we arrived and had all the supplies we would need; it had exceeded our expectations! The territory of the house was very big and was ideal for our children who wanted to play outside. The stay was worth every penny, I would definitely recommend this place to any other holidaymakers and will definitely visit again!
