“You pay a premium for the view, but in reality, you’re just looking at trees”

Aside from the view we were expecting, everything was quite nice: the apartment was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasant overall. However, the disappointment from the misleading view outweighed the positives for us.

Our apartment was one with a side sea view balcony with a very pretty view. Weather very variable which meant we didn't use the balcony as much as we would have liked. Large cupboard in the kitchen which was appreciated as many properties lack space for food/ storage Bedroom was fine for us as a couple but be aware the bunk beds are in the walk through to the bedroom and opposite the bathroom/toilet not in a separate room. Appartment was clean. Parking on site was secure with the entrance/ exit not in the main town making it easy to get in and out of the car park. Great location, beautiful sea views

Stunning view of the beach and sea from the living area, bedroom and balcony. Great location, a short walk from the sea front and all the amenities, and we didn't find the steep walk through the grounds an issue. Wonderful to have a balcony with table and chairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a damaged shelf in the fridge, and the toaster was a bit rusty and dirty, but we were impressed by how this was dealt with - housekeeping brought a new toaster, and we were given a complimentary half day to use the Spa facilities by way of apology. Great to have car parking and also a lift to the apartment.

All went well once we were able to get to our destination. Had two day delay because of Port strikes. The staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you Nathalie, Oceane and Clement. This is our fourth visit, and next year we hope to have a fifth.

We had booked a room with sea views. At first we got a room on ground floor with a view to the sea through a thick set of pine trees! We came back to complain about that. The picture on the booked room shows a large balcony and a view to the sea over the trees. The young guy at the reception was not very flexible and the temperature was rising. Fortunately the young girl on his right had more commercial style. She changed our room in 2 minutes. We got the room on the 3rd floor with a large balcony overlooking the bay. Just what we ordered. We were satisfied.

We were lucky to get a side view room that had a view of the town below. Location is good, albeit it is high on the hill so a steep walk up and down to the Beach promenade.

“A room but not with the view we expected”

The hotel spa allows guests from the apartments to walk down the hill through the hotel spa grounds steps to gain access to the main street below. And although it's still a steep climb back the staggered steps means it's not as challenging as if using the main road. Hose keeping Card on the door to allow guests to tick a list of things they wanted replacing e.g. Change of towels / bedding / bath products. Free cleaning pack for kitchen Large Bed was comfortable soft pillows Lift to apartment / trolly facility to transport suitcases Secure Parking Spotlessly clean in communal spaces and apartment Recycling bins close by Dog friendly apartments We were able to check in earlier but I was a little underwhelmed by the terrace area / sea view for the price paid for a wk stay.

Location good -

The hotel is located in the centre of Pleneuf Val Andrè. To get there bus n.2 from Saint Brieuc station, stop Clemenceau. My room was excellent, vieth a big terrace with sea view. Breakfast is very rich and costs 18 euro. The personal at the reception is very kind. Only customer from the hotel have free access to the Spa.If you are in the residence you must book a treatment to enter in the spa. I liked the spa so much.

On the top of the hill, beautiful view, nice large size balcony. Very close to the central part to the town.

We have visited these apartments 3 times now, and will again. It has always been the perfect base to enjoy the town and surrounding area. We find them extremely comfortable, and particularly love the position and views.
