“A nice and reasonably priced apartment close to the sea but not suited to the older generation.”
Modern but small apartment well equipped with numerous pieces of newish electrical equipment - however, much more suitable for the younger generation than retirees and not for anyone with a disability! Good knowledge of and ability to speak French would improve communication. Excellent location, close to the sea, with good off-road parking behind the apartment block. Despite our problems and omission of information, overall this is a clean, modern and well equipped property which would benefit with just a little extra thought put in to its suitability for rental. The major problem is with the wall folding bed and its positioning - a free standing king sized bed would solve this!
