The apartment is perfect. Quiet location, small town. Beautiful promenade. The apartment has absolutely everything. From spices, salt, oil, to beach supplies, mats and mattresses for the sea, etc. Clean, tidy, new. The pool is beautiful and heated. It is cleaned and maintained every day. The shopping center is 4 minutes walk away. Great grocery store. There is a great fish market. We travel a lot but we never have such a good apartment and host.

We searched a lot until we found this perfect apartment that offers everything anyone would need. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, secure and equipped with everything necessary for a carefree stay, from the multifunctional kitchen to the amazing bathroom. From the sun-kissed terrace to the heated swimming pool in the yard, relaxation soaks you in the morning while gazing at the glistening ocean. And the best part of this place is the host. Finke is a special man, a special character, sympathetic and tonic, who conquers you from the start. In just half an hour he handed over the apartment to us and gave us the most useful tips for a wonderful vacation. It remains for you to discover this absolutely fabulous island.

Excellent position in playa paraiso which made it easy to get to next village Callao Salvaje. The apartment was fabulous with all the the little extras that make it special.

The location is very beautiful. Everything is available in the area, shops, places of interest, places to walk.

We had absolutely amazing stay in apartment, and the swimming pool was TOP :) the lessor was really friendly, recommending some beautiful places around, restaurants etc.. close to the apartment is located grocery stores, bars, pharmacy and really beautiful walk around the beach ;) glad to come back if we come to Tenerife again ;)

very clean all around !! the building smell amazing all day. in the apartment you have everything you need.everyone is very helpfull including the owner. the apartment have the best view facing the swimming pool is very quiet at night.... is food shops everywhere 5 minut walk. aeroport is very near around 20minuts £35 Las americas is 25 minuts in a taxi los cristianos maybe 30 minuts around £25 /£30 ish

“Perfect”

I stayed at Finke's apartment for 2 weeks while remote working in Tenerife. The apartment was perfect for this. Great Wifi speeds. Modern, comfortable, clean and very well equipped kitchen facilities. It also has a great view from the balcony of the excellent pool area. Great location if looking for a quieter area to explore the island, that still has some great restaurants and bars on your door step. Throw in Finke's excellent tips on where to go and eat and all in all this is a great place to stay.
