We had a very pleasant stay at this residence. The property itself is nice, and since we visited during a quieter period, we found the common facilities like the swimming pool and lounge chairs to be easily available and never crowded. The surrounding areas and shared spaces were kept clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. However, some renovations would improve the experience, particularly around the swimming pool where a few tiles were coming off. The decking grills around the pool was a bit green and could use some additional maintenance. Our apartment was fine for two people-compact but comfortable, although it didn’t have a terrace and there was limited natural light. On the bright side, it was easy to step outside and enjoy the common areas. A highlight was the restaurant by the pool. The food was very tasty, portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed every meal there. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for a relaxing stay l, especially if you visit during a less busy time. With a bit more attention to maintenance, it would be even better.

The host Daniella was fantastic, made contact and arranged swift delivery of key. The apartment was lovely and clean, had everything we needed and was ideally located for the pool, east access to the surrounding area, bars, bus stop , beach.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bar staff and food amazing. Pool area lovely. No towel or linen change..had to wait 7hrs for toilet paper. Wasn't informed it was residential too. Dog barking all night. Apartment next to main gate for pool area..banging closed every time someone went through. You can hear toilet upstairs being used. People collecting mail banging the boxes early morning.

“Nice location and great poolside”
We did enjoy our short stay, I was there with a toddler and baby. They enjoyed the pool facilities in the complex. The views are lovely and the location is good. Shops and restaurants are walking distance.there’s a soft play for kids in the shopping centre which is a 20 min walk or 10min drive. A nice small beach called el pettito just 7 mins drive.
