“Stay here if you are looking for a small aesthetically pleasing apartment to base yourself from for exploring the island”

+ Aesthetics of rooms were as per the pictures. They look great. + proximity to various beaches by taxi on the island. + the beds are exceptional - large and very comfy + the privacy from the rooms balcony

Clean, fresh rooms. Very comfortable. Pool area was lovely and calm and great area for breakfast. Nice to be so close to the sea too. Super helpful and friendly staff that really made it a great stay. Would recommend!

“Perfect little paradise to explore Formentera”

Excellent room, location minutes from the beach. Very relaxed vibe, beautiful interiors & well designed layout with a small number of bedrooms, so often feels like you’re the only person there. All small details have been thought of. Breakfast was very good and the ‘honest pantry’ was a very nice touch. Supermarket and car rental just round the corner.

Check in was effortless, Victoria sent me a WhatsApp in advance and everything took minutes once we arrived. Lovely large and comfy bed, great shower with good water power. The place was perfect for us, quiet and calm, close to the beach and a few decent restaurants nearby in walking distance. The pool was gorgeous and all the other guests seemed, like us, to appreciate the calm and enjoy the ambience. This was our first visit to Formentera and we explored the island by e-bikes which was fantastic (and the batteries helped on the hill to La Mola!). We loved our time here and will definitely stay here again if we return to the island.

Service from everyone was very accommodating from reception to cleaning. Apartment was ample with a good sized balcony, nice shower, most kitchen utensils (would need a cheese grater for pasta!) and good AC. Pool was great addition, with comfortable sun loungers, cocktails (only during reception hours), complimentary beach towels and nice music (if you ask nicely reception can put on to your taste, Frank Sinatra being quite appropriate). Quite new so can be hot - would say once vegetation has grown will be better - but umbrellas are movable and angled. Anti mosquito devices would be a great improvement from early evening onwards. Outdoor shower, toilets and private shower for check in/check out was most welcome and nice touch. Location is great - minutes walk to supermarket, sandy beach and restaurant and a little longer to great kiosks and others. Generally very peaceful and relaxing. Cocktails available and quite good.
