Spent three lovely nights at this place! Very comfortable unit. The room and bathroom are separate from the kitchenette / dinning place. Best thing is that you are no more than 100 mts away from the seashore. From your veranda you can hear the sound of the ocean, unless you go inside and close the glass door of your apartment. The owner, Gary Davis, is very friendly and accommodating and will try to cater to any special need you may have in order to make your stay at his place memorable. Hope to return there in a not very distant future!

Amazing place for accomodation, beautiful beach, friendly owner and really nice and comfortable room. We spent there two nights during Easter, it was sunny weather and palm trees in front of the house provided shade ... It is really calm and nice place - it is MUST! in Nicoya ...

“Plumita, your home at the beach”
Plumita is set right in front of a wonderful beach (Janquillal). Gary, the owner, gave us plenty of useful infos. We really felt at home. We relaxed and enjoyed the beach and sea. Though the flat is somewhat basic it was good value for money. It was the overall feeling of "being at home" and, of course, the location that give this property the highest score.

The best place in Costa Rica We have travelled for 2 weeks and this accomodation,the lovely host and the paradise beach definitely convinced us to return Gary, the host is such an enthusiastic and helpful gentleman full of recommendations and stories to tell. The apartment has everything that you need for your stay, but I guarantee you that you will spend most of the time at the beach, which is IN FRONT of Gary's property. A true gem

The location is great if you want to be away from the people. The beach is amazing and the view from the place is really wonderful.
