Amazing staff throughout, especially the lovely waiting staff at meal times, all very happy and greet you with a smile.Looks like all the staff get on really well which makes for a lovely warm atmosphere.Perfect location right on the most beautiful beach . Amazing food and good night time entertainment which were different singers each night.

Staff were attentive and touched such as a call to check the room was to your liking felt like good service. The room was large, comfortable, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom and great view of hotel pool and beach/sea. Food was good. Communal areas of hotel are beautiful and well kept. Location great, access to a great beach and promenade.

Clean room and surroundings. Views unbeatable - the sea view is definitely worth paying a bit more. Swimming pool is smaller than seems in the pictures, but not so many people use it so it was ok. Food tasty and wide selection available.

We arrived off the ferry at 21:30, after dinner had finished. We were immediately recognised by Luc (we were the last people left to check in that day) who reassured us that a dinner had been saved, a welcome drink was there, and he just helped us to relax and start our holiday.

Location just near beautiful sandy beach. Large rooms. Good choice of food for breakfast and diner as well as fast waiter service. Nice personell. Very good cleanning service. Short distance to Moro Jable center, although it is not too much to do there as restaurants and bars are terribly overcrowded. It is beeter to have diners at the hotel.

“Holiday in Paradise, relaxing and memories to remember.”

The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, well cooked and plenty of choice. The location and sea views some of the best we have ever seen ,simply paradise. The staff were all helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble.

Beach is wide and beautiful, shopping facilities are great. Spacious, clean rooms, excellent food. Supermarket.
