“Hidden gem”

This house is a hidden gem, very spacious and extremly well equipped. The host has thought of everything one might need to cook to sunbathe and enjoy time by the pool.. it"s in a quiet residential area but there is a shop bars and restaurants within minutes walk. Locals are friendly and the prices are great. Host left wine beers and other thoughtful gestures which were very appreciated.

Incredibly beautiful plays equipped with everything you could possibly need! It really exceeded our expectations. Paradise for us and our little girls. The host was also so welcoming and kind to us. It was a beautiful experience and we are already planning our next trip there! Very conveniently located, right next to the beach, good restaurants and two very cool playgrounds for kids. We LOVED our stay there and highly recommend it!

“Perfect in every way”

What can I say other than perfect! The photos do not do this place justice. The villa is very large and even with 8 of us there (6 children) we felt like we had so much space. Everyone had their own bathroom! Watching the football training from one of the roof terraces was brilliant! The area is quiet and literally a stones throw from the beach,which was beautiful. The bus stop is a very short walk and for 1.40€ you can visit Arrecife. Highly recommend the pizza restaurant just opposite. Emilio was so welcoming and the little store room of "extras" that past guests had left was just brilliant! A real home from home! The pool was a great size and the pool table and music system really made our evenings enjoyable. We hope to return to this beautiful villa.

“Beyond outstanding- fabulous large house ideal for large groups! Wonderful location and amazing Host”

This property exceeded all our expectations. We were three families- 6 adults and 5 teenagers between 13-15 and there was so much room in the house for us all- sometimes we were in three or four different 'zones' so we all had our own space! The pool was fantastic- there was the option to have it heated which was great as the kids got to spend loads of time in it. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to relax - both shaded and in full sun. The pool table and dart board were used all the time and there were inflatables for the kids for the pool. There's a retractable sunshade for the pool so no problems with sunburn. The bedrooms are all spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The house was immaculately clean and there was plenty of everything- plates, cutlery and our host even left some drinks and provisions for us- very thoughtful. The house is literally in front of the airport but the noise wasn't an issue- it was actually quite fun watching the planes take off from the sun loungers! There is a bus stop outside the house (very handy), shop and cafe across the road and the promenade was a two minute walk. The house isn't in a touristy area and the restaurants seem to be frequented by Spanish tourists. The restaurants nearby are all fabulous and met the needs of or group (adults, children, vegetarians). Emilio the host was beyond outstanding- he helped us with booking taxis and excursions- always there to help and nothing was a bother. He was so willing to help out and couldn't do enough for us. I have recommended Ity house to my friends and family and recommend it to you too. It was absolutely outstanding- thank you Emilio! One family in our group is now going to book again for their own family!

The pool and space available was great. It's in a quiet location near the beach with lovely local restaurants.

“Lovely Location and Great Host.”

The host Emilio was great and very helpful. One of our party had a family emergency and had to fly straight back home and Emilio had a taxi ready for us within less than 5 mins of asking for his help. The Villa is close to the airport but there are no flights at night and although you can hear some of the planes taking of during the day they have passed over very quickly and isn't an issue. The Villa is also right next to the beach and has many nice restaurants to eat at. There is also a corner shop opposite and a bigger supermarket 15 min walk away.

Emilio was very helpful ( got shopping in for us, as we had a late flight) and responded to requests and questions very quickly The house was ideal for large family groups

“Outstanding holiday villa 5*.”

Everything! It was as advertised. Quirky, immaculate, so big you get lost in it! Beautiful pool, and 3 different terrace areas. It is a one minute walk to the beach. This has a flat promenade which goes for miles. There are restaurants all along the front of different cuisine and price points. It’s very residential so really quiet but the beach is busy enough to be interesting. There’s a large shopping mall within walking distance. The villa downstairs would cater for wheelchairs/prams. The upstairs has access via 2 stairways. The pool table is great fun. Emilio the host is fabulous and so helpful. He helped us with taxis - which for 6 were cheaper than the bus!! 8km from Poerto Del Carmen- the closest main town- bust tourist area with lots to do and a lot of water sports. I could go on and on. If you’re looking for a large villa in Playa Del Honda - book here. Only 6km from Airport and we didn’t really hear the planes.

“Very nice villa”

The villa was huge. Plenty of things to do in the villa and lots of things added that we needed. Perfect for big groups and families. 10/10 would recommend 👌 emilo was the perfect host, very helpful and always a message away if needed.

So many features walls/ corners in the property, every rooms and gardens with their own characters. Location is 5 mins driving from Airport, 3mins walking from beach. Kitchen is fully equipped including juicers, Nespresso coffee machine etc. The owner Emilio is friendly and helpful, sent plenty tips and answers all the questions as much as possible. Dream holiday home, will never be forgotten.

Perfect location 150 meters from sea front. Nothing was to much trouble for emilio(landlord) he arranged taxis and even gave us beer. Must be seen to be believed, very large property with lots of amenities, highly recomend
