“About the most peaceful, stress free I’ve felt in years”

One of the nicest apartments we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot across the world. It is beautifully furnished with lovely sofas, huge cushions and wooden wardrobes with large beds, the kitchen has everything, even 3 coffee brewing options! :-) There is a utility room adjoining with a handy WC and outdoor shower area for those ‘after beach’ days. The location is extremely quiet, no traffic noises, facing the sea only a few metres away, and what a view! There are restaurants next door and we ate at the nearest on our first night and it was one of the best restaurants we visited the whole trip. It was our first trip to Lanzarote and I think we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Lastly, the host, Antonio, could not have been more hospitable, a great guy and very helpful.

The place got some magic in it.. very relaxing and peaceful. Restaurants with great food just next door.. supermarkets 5 min away. Best kitchen facilities we ever seen in rented properties!

“An absolute gem.”

Starting from the beginning, the directions and communications with hosts from start to finish were first class. Casa Jardin's location is perfect, accessible from the quite road on one side and from the sea-side promenade with spectacular views on the other. Set back a little from the fairly busy pedestrian promenade by virtue of the 'jardin'', the property's outside space allows you to people and cruise liner watch, whilst giving you a measure of privacy. Inside, Casa Jardin is comfortable and everything is provided, even a seperate laundry room and drying area. For self catering, there is a fully equipped kichen and dining areas inside and out, but also their are a variety of really good restaurants close-by on the promenade and many more just a short walk inland, along Calle Mayor. Supermarkets are also within walking distance although a car is preferable both for shopping and visiting other parts of the island. There are beaches all along the promenade but Playa Honda should not be considered to be a major tourist resort. It is a small, charming sea-side town, with easy access by car, to the major resorts and attractions of Lanzarote, should you want them, and just 6 mins by car to the airport. We had a wonderful time at Casa Jardin and will definitely be returning.

“Great stay in a lovely property”

We loved the location and size of the property it was ideal for 4 friends. The beds were comfy and there was. Good supply of towels - even dressing gowns. The kitchen had lots of equipment and plenty of condiments. There was a dishwasher and washing machine

Amazing location, Playa Honda is an ideal place for those who want some peace and tranquility but like the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas not far away. I'd say Playa Honda is a hidden gem of Lanzarote which I have visited a few times over the past few years and keep returning. I took my friends for short get away this time and they loved every minute, thanks to this amazing property. Antonio was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions asked.

“Great week in a superbly appointed villa in a fabulous location”

The Villa is spacious, very clean and well equipped in a great location. The inside and outside space was just perfect for a relaxing break. We loved being right on the seafront, being able to see and hear the sea is just so relaxing. The Villa was so clean and very well equipped. One of the best we have stayed in on the island.

“Amazing location, excellent house, more than a little bit of paradise!”

The location is amazing, directly on the seafront in Playa Honda. The house itself is really lovely and all the facilities were excellent. There was even a second (outside) toilet and shower which was very useful. I would very highly recommend this house to anyone and Antonio and his extended family were very helpful (even when we locked ourselves our on Three Kings eve). The kitchen is well stocked, the lounge is airy and spacious. We had breakfast sitting outside looking at the sea every morning.
