I can’t said much about this hotel. I arrived at 8:00 pm and I left at 10:00pm. ( I ask for a refund)

Ocean views and kitchen are the best.

The pools were beautiful and clean. Having multiple depths including shallow ones for the little kid's pools was nice as there was less noise and splashing in the other pools. The view was spectacular! Amazing sunsets! They could add some more lounge chairs around the pools, however. The lunch/dinner food was average and repetitive, so it got boring fast. But the omelets/fresh eggs in the morning and the food at the Italian and Asian restaurants were much better. There are some great little restaurants on the beach for something different. Really enjoyed the extra snacks/desserts such as the ice cream, churros, and cotton candy. Fun to do the bumper cars and Ferris wheel at night. The other entertainment was average, and we didn't stay around to watch much. Mostly in Spanish. Other people were laughing and seemed to enjoy it though. The room was basic but was nice to have a separate room in the family suite. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Would be nice to have coffee supplied for the coffee machine in the room. It was fairly close to the airport (30mins) and great to have the taxi/shuttle both ways. We didn't have to wait for pickup upon arrival, and it was easy to book the return trip ( would be a bonus to have both directions paid for though) The beach was easy to access, was clean and had nice, soft (darker) sand. Good snorkeling over to the right around the reef. We saw lots of colorful fish and a squid! Friends we met went on a fishing trip and caught the notorious Rooster fish! It is positioned on a hill so good mobility is required. Small, open air, bus will take you up and down the hill though. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay. Nice that it is a smaller resort. Less busy and chaotic than other larger resorts. Great staff!

“Lovely stay for family vacation”

Fun and lovely place for an all-inclusive family vacation. The view from the resort is beautiful (though not necessarily from the rooms). We enjoyed the swimming pools with beautiful sunset view, hammocs, open bar and all. The beach is also easily accessible with some good shade under the trees and rather quiet water. There was good entertainment for kids at night and generally good facilities, e.g. they loved picking their food from the buffet etc. The cabins were also comfortable for us four with a good lay out. Value for price is good. We will come again.

The location of the property was excellent, especially with beautiful views of the Sunset each evening, walking on the beach and swimming in the ocean. The hill was a little challenging at times, but we got used to taking the shuttle on a regular basis, or walking up the hill for a bit of a workout.

Breakfast was an open buffet which was nice. Great and most helpful staff in the resort. We had fun in the resort despite some small issues.

We had a rough start on our first morning but the staff and Manager at reception really made up for it in the end. The a la carte menu at lunch and dinner were fabulous. We never got bored of eating which was unexpected surprise for an all inclusive. I also left my laptop and some clothes behind but when i called the following day, the staff were so helpful and managed to locate my missing things and i was able to pick them up with no hassles. We also liked that the room was like a villa and had an extra lounging area with a kitchen, table and sofa.

The view was beautiful. Front desk was helpful. The carnival rides were a nice touch if you have kids.

The breakfast buffet was quite good. Lots of variety of fruits, cereals, meats, pancakes, French toast, and an omelette station. Husband could get his easy over eggs. Orange juice was delicious. Lunch and dinner was a la carte, good, but not gourmet. I enjoyed the typical Costa Rican meal of rice & beans, lettuce salad, chicken breast, fried plantain, and husband enjoyed the chicken wings and papas frites. We enjoyed sitting in the outdoor dining room with the view of the ocean. The pools are really nice! The kids have their own shallow pool, and there were two other pools for the adults and families to enjoy. There is another pool presently under construction that looks excellent with a "rock" edge. The view from the infinity pool, restaurant, lobby is superb. For families, there is a ferris wheel, merry-go-round, and bumper cars, available in the evening. Bar service was good - they had top shelf liquors available and the red wine was good as well. You could get almost any cocktail you would want - absolutely delicious Pina Coladas, made with real fresh pineapple and creme of coconut. Mojitos were good too. The beach was lovely - some areas tree-shaded which we needed, as the sun is hot. Good bar available at the beach, as well. Rooms were spacious, clean, had a good-sized television, and had a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator. We would suggest that the resort provide a "flyer" in English and Spanish that lets guests know what is going on - what activites are to take place at the resort. For example, on Saturday evening there was a barbecue at the beach, for dinner, and we had no idea that it was taking place until we went to the restaurant for dinner, and asked why there was hardly anyone else there. So, we missed one of the featured meals of the week. The resort is located within a short drive of Liberia, Playa Coco (where we visited twice), and several other beach areas. Great location.
