“Lovely relaxed spot with friendly staff”

It's a lovely little spot with a communal kitchen in the middle. Located seconds from the beach. For the price compared to other hotels in the area it was fantastic. Rooms had a smart TV so there was some entertainment for when you're hiding from the sun, it's a few minutes from Jaco. Some friendly cats relaxing around in the sun which was lovely.

Beautiful accommodation just outside Jacó. Our room was very spacious, though a bit simply furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and we had both air conditioning and a fridge. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There are also three pools where you can cool off a bit. The owner is incredibly friendly — it was very quiet during our stay, so he even let us keep our luggage in the room well past checkout time. Thank you so much! We would definitely come back.

Location great for the beach and nice bar and restaurant right on the beach all within walking distance. Nice pool, clean and relaxed resort.

The hotel is really close to the beach and some nice restaurants. Really comfy bed. The pool area is very nice and clean and has some shade - perfect to relax! I also liked the kitchen that was well equipped and very clean too.

Place is very close to the beach and we enjoyed sunset walk. There is a parking on site, lady at the front desk was nice.

Great facilities (pool, outdoor kitchen, shaded seating areas, resident grackles) and layout. Clean room and comfortable bed. Close to beautiful beach.

The staff family friendly service Location

Everything was very good. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well equipped. The location was convenient, and the host was very kind and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place.

Room was excellent and shared cooking facilities was an extra bonus.

“Cockroach, ants and mosquitos”

If you are searching for a swimming pool, you are in the right place. But if you are searching for good accomodation this is the worst. First of all it was impossible to reach the reception staff, then they change our room for no reason, placing us in a room where the door leaves a space on the top for all the insects of Costa Rica to come in. We found two cockroach a finger long on the bed, ants everywhere and mosquitos for all night long. We wanted to rent surfboards and gave us wrong information about the rentals. For 45 $ pp per night I rather sleep on the beach.

Brian and his son Mason were very welcoming and lovely people. My mom and I enjoyed ourselves very much at Brisa del Mar, mainly because of the hospitality, the closeness to the beach in combination with a relaxing pool and a nice outdoorkitchen. Would definitely recommend!
